Absolutely recommend these guys. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I had a problem with a new prescription just recently. It took a mont before I could get back in to see my optometrist I work construction, so the expensive frames I chose that didn’t quite fit me had become damaged. They took them back anyway. Then he stayed open late just to make sure I got exactly what I needed

Frank and Trina were the sweetest most professional optical care team I have honestly encountered. They really helped me out with fixing up my glasses. They seemed very knowledgeable in what they do. I havnt had a better experience anywhere when gettin glasses! Ukiah optical gets them to you fast and I’m picky with my glasses and there is a lot of great frames. Frank helps so much, I got my glasses stolen and we were able to work something out the best way we could! I would HIGHLY recommend going here for glasses especially if your a little picky with the frames like I am! Great place with great people!

Very professional and excellent service.

This place is great! The frames on my old pair of glasses broke the other day and I cant drive without them. This was mid week and I have to drive a company delivery truck for my work so I was really in a bind and was calling everywhere from optometrists to jewelers trying to find somewhere that could either renew my prescription immediately or repair the frames with no success. The optometrists couldnt see me for weeks, let alone get me a new pair of glasses the day I got my prescription renewed. The jewelers either couldnt or wouldnt repair the frames but luckily one of them suggested Ukiah Optical to me. I called them up and I was helped over the phone by their extremely knowledgeable staff who said if I brought in my broken pair, that they would find me some frames close enough to the size and shape of my old ones that they would be able to adapt the lenses to fit with a little bit of hand grinding on the outer edge! I went in and did just that! That same day that my frames broke, no appointment needed, within 20 minutes of walking in their door I was walking out with my old lenses in new frames for a modest fee and it saved me missing work for possibly weeks waiting for an appointment with an optometrist and then waiting for a whole new pair of glasses along with the expense of a whole new pair. These guys are the best! Totally saved the day!

Dropped of my busted glasses Ive been meaning to fix for years (missing bridge nose pads, missing one temple) on a Tuesday. They salvaged the lenses and fitted them in another frame Wednesday. Awesome customer service and quick responses! Highly recommended. Go local!
