The pharmacy is fantastic. This is by far hands down the best pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever worked with. If I have a question to little or big I know they will answer it. They treat their customers like their family. The small things matter when it comes to your health. When you dont feel well or will be on medication for the rest of your life the relationship between your pharmacist can change your healing times, keep you safe, and guide you to make good choices for yourself and family. I feel 100% safe and well informed with this pharmacy for my family. I suggest this pharmacy specifically to others whom take their health seriously.

Let me tell you about CVS Ukiah..Pre-covid CVS Ukiah was the best pharmacy in town and always delivered my prescription on time. Pickup time in store was always in agreement with their website/automated phone system. If my RX said ready for pickup it was ready for pickup!! Unfortunately, this is no longer true, ready for pickup now means be ready to wait in store for 5 to 10 minutes, sometimes longer, while we fill your prescription.CVS Ukiah has been rapidly declining in its ability to provide kind and compassionate customer service. CVS RX bottles have hearts, it is too bad the pharmacy employees dont. My Dr. sent over my prescription via virtual consultation on March 25, 2021. Today is April 6, 2021 and CVS Ukiah has yet to fill my prescription, it is not even listed on their website as a medication I am taking...? Confusing...The pharmacist claims my prescription is expired and theyre awaiting a new one, she insists my Dr. has not sent anything. In fact my Dr. has sent over three(3), yes three, identical scripts. My Dr. claims its the pharmacy being lazy and to just have them call her. That was last week.I spent my day today getting to the bottom of this.I began by calling my insurance to see if there is a diagnostic or billing holdup. NOI called my Dr. again asking for a new script to be sent over. YESI called CVS Ukiah and calmly explained the situation hoping for a resolution, and the pharmacist hung up on me.. wait what??..I called CVS Corp. office to file a complaint about how unprofessional the Ukiah CVS is, by the end of the call the customer service rep. was thanking me for my candor, patience, and politeness in this matter.Did not realize getting my prescription would take so much effort on my end. Still unsure as to why I had to go down this road.. maybe discrimination because Im trans?? After my phone call with CVS Corp. my prescriptions are now listed on their website and being processed.

They frequently get me my heart medication late. Its heart medication it says not to miss any. Take more than two days to refill. Every time I refill my medications they never get them filled in a timely manner.

Ever since CVS took over Longs Drug store it has been slow going for them. It is slowly but surely warming up to the residents and seems to be a bit busier when I go there. I really like it as their prices are better and it is very clean and easy to find what you are looking for. Plus it is faster.

Pharmacy people are great. The store is clean and employees are very helpful. CVS is my main drug store since they don’t sell cigarettes anymore.

Called the store to be hung up on 2 times. First time, it was the store manager. The second time I was still talking to a cashier, I believe. I was just inquiring about services to be hung up on. Not very good customer service.

Great place to get your perscriptions, all the employees are super nice! And they were all say Hi back!
