A normal human error had occurred with this company. I left a message and received a call back almost immediately (Sean GM) he took full responsibility and had someone out to take care of the problem quickly (Christopher). This is what I call excellent customer service. I am very pleased with the quick response and enthusiasm to make things right! Thank you guys.

These guys damaged my brick Fireplace didnt install the wood insert all the way..I Contacted Ken right when it happened he refused to come take a look at what his employees did he didnt care..still to this day he ignores my calls and will not take responsibility for what was done.. beware of doing business with him

Spent 17 days calling Joe at this store. He was not able to identify the part I needed on my stove so I went elsewhere and had it taken care of same day. Dont waste your time, theyre lazy and unmotivated.

If your looking for a retail store where you will be treated with an absurd level of rudeness and an atrocious attitude then you have come to the right place. We sent an employee into the Ukiah location to pick up some hardware for an event we were putting on. The store sold him the wrong hardware and then refused to refund the cash despite the trying to refund the hardware completely unopened, unused and within 15 minutes of the purchase. We were refused a refund and had the manager call from the store on Monday when she was in. She was extremely unprofessional, used profanity and suggested when shopping in retail stores to request a detailed explanation of the return policy. Take your business to Walmart and save yourself a headache.
