Born and raised in Ukiah and have gone here for years but tonight was a bit different. The girls behind the counter put off a bad vibe and was talking under their breath an awful feeling. As my daughter and I left, they murmured white racial slurs. It was the worst experience in a store I have ever experienced . This was May 12, 2021. I hope they find peace and may God bless them.

Ac was broken it was hotter than hell in there but those three ladies behind the counter where sweet and had great customer service!!! Yummy ice cream as always. Reccomend the brownie Sundae!

Got a mint chocolate chip shake, it was done in less than one minute and when i got it, the consistency of the milkshake was like it had been sitting for 10 minutes. not satisfying. it tasted like it had one scoop of ice cream and the rest was milk. If you want a real milkshake go to UTopIt right next to hunny fluff and acrossed the street from McDonalds and carls Jr. their milkshakes are the same price as a medium and they put atleast 5 scoops of handmade icecream from Cowlicks in Mendocino.

The two young ladies behind the counter were very friendly and courteous. When a small child accidentally dropped his ice cream cone, one of the girls replaced it for free, which I thought was very nice. Too many places would have made that parent pay again. Despite being a rather busy time, both girls still gave great customer service.

The Banana Royale is a smaller version of a banana split. You choose the flavors of 2 scoops of ice cream. I had chocolate sauce, whipped cream, nuts. They didnt have cherries, but usually you get a cherry.

Not a good experience, the scoops of ice cream were very small and melted. I asked the worker to redo the order but she refused and said take it or leave it. I paid for the ice cream and left. Nothing else to say💩💩

Courteous, helpful and pleasant while taking my phone order. I will be back!!

A little pricey but good icecream and icecream cakes, friendly service. I have never been treated bad or rudely here at all, it has always been fast friendly and polite service.. unless its super busy(witch can be expected) its unusually clean and well kept in the lobby and behind the counter

Great little ice cream shop. They have cones, waffle cones, waffle bowls, milkshakes in any and every flavor you can think of. They are open pretty late for ukiah and they are always fully staffed with nice freindly people. Its always a good place to cool down in the summer, not only with ice cream but they keep it cold inside.

Always quick pretty nice service. Daughter dropped her milkshake on their floor the other day. They made her a new one and cleaned it up without making it a big deal.

Is as any regular Baskin-Robbins would be: pretty clean, great service, and friendliness. I have been coming here since I was a kid and have never been disappointed.
