This is like other In-N-Out Burger restaurants that I have been. They are reasonably priced, and you can stay in your car and eat, or go in the restaurant.They have clean bathrooms, too. I like their Burger wrapped in lettuce with grilled onions!

This was my first time at an In-N-Out burger. The food was nothing out of this world, but I loved the limited menu. With a large family it was much easier to make choices. I believe there were only 3 options. If you have small kids, split a meal between them. The real reason I am giving them a 5 was the customer service! We visited In-N-Out in Ukiah, California. The young lady taking orders was ridiculously polite and positive. Once we got our order, one of my kids tipped the tray and we lost 4 burgers in a heap on the floor.... The young man, I assume the shift manager, remade the four burgers free of charge! They were amazing and helped this travel wary family feel a little peace of mind. Excellent job!

Always are go to lunch spot. Typical long lines but sometimes is does surprise us and move along quickly. I only give 4 stars because of the wait but otherwise, delicious, always fresh and employees are polite.(:

Juicy burgers served up fresh. Shakes are good. I like the fresh fries even though I wish they were thicker. Consistent good meal. I like the sauce on the burgers as well. The drive thru is crazy so I always go in.

We came here twice while in the area. The workers inside are so polite and patience, especially with people like me who have no idea what they’re ordering. It’s very clean in there and they are constantly cleaning the tables outside. The burgers are fresh and delicious 🙌🏻🙌🏻!!

For such a small place, the staff there kept the flow of customers going at a great pace. They all worked great together to make my experience, five star for sure. Btw, I came in right after a boy scout troop. Staff were still smiling.

In n out os my favorite burger place. They are fast snd efficient. The food is always great. The thing i like the best is they have gluten free burgers. Also since they dont have any deep fried breaded food their fries are also gluten free.

In-N-Out has always had the freshest beef and real potatoes that the french fries are made from, and the freshest produce of any fast food chain, repeat any fast food chain. It truly is the best in Ukiah for under five bucks for a quarter pound double double. I go to In-N-Out three to five times a week and for $5 have a cheeseburger order fries and a drink. Lets see McDonalds Burger King KFC or even Wendys top that deal!

It is what it is, fast burgers made fast. Once or twice a year is as often as I go. One thing for certain its clean and the employees my are very respectful. I do like the way that they take your orders in person when going through the drive through.

The usual In-N-Out experience except this time the line in the drive thru was surprisingly quick. I dont know if going there after the lunch hour had helped to make it quicker or if the people in front of me just had simple orders. In any case this is the fastest Id ever been served at this particular In-N-Out. Lucky for me because this was the first meal I had this day.

Whenever we are in town, this seems to be the go-to place to stop despite the fact that there are three In-N- Out restaurants within 14 miles of our house.This one is just like all of the rest; clean, efficient, and the same meal every time. I suppose thats why we come here.

The customer service here is amazing. The drive thru was packed as normal for noon and my 9 month old was over being in the carseat so I decided to go in to order my food even though I knew getting it back to the car was going to be a challenge. When my order was ready they asked me if I needed help getting it out and carried it to the car for me. They also gave me a little paper hat and some stickers for my daughter.

This was my wifes first time in an In-N-Out and most likely her last. The staff were very pleasant and courteous. When we got our order, the fries were cold. She asked for no tomato or onion yet her burger was loaded. Normally this isnt a big deal but the order was only 2 burgers so I cant see how there was a mix up. My burger (a double double) had two slices of tomato and a whole cross section of onion. A bit much, honestly but not a big deal they can get pulled off no problem. Every trash can on site was full, and Im not exaggerating. EVERY ONE OF THEM. There was trash on the floor, and the tables were dirty, to include the table next to us with BLOOD ON IT, THE FLOOR AND THE WALL! Yeah thats not ketchup youre seeing there, after many years as a mechanic I know blood on the floor when I see it. Im super sad about this because I remember these places being clean and the food being much better than last night. Were from out of state and its been 8 years since Ive had a burger here and had big dreams of it knocking her socks off like it did me the first time I had it. Oh well. Nothing lasts forever. Also didnt have my T-shirt size. Ugh.

I am in Ukiah, ca and I have a very hard time breathing in those masks. This didn’t deter the amazing staff at the in-n-our burger here. A very nice young man named Evan came outside and took my order then came and got my money, brought me my change and receipt and then brought me my food. One of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had in this state. Above and beyond in my book. Definitely earned a customer here.

I live in santa rosa so in n out isnt hard 2 come by but this one in ukiah was hands down the best, the bread was soft but had a light crust 2 it and burger was really good like clean grease or somthing, I was impressed!!!

I stop by this In-n-Out every time I drive threw eukiah (which is maybe every 2 months) and its always great. The staff is always very friendly, the order is always correct even when i have a full car and a big order, and the food is always super good in quality and taste. They are quick too. So far Iv never had to wait in a super long line like in the bay area or Eureka (probably because its a smaller town). They have a big parking lot for themselves and another big parking lot behind them for the shopping center so theres always good parking weather it b to eat in the car or just for the sake of finding close parking. They have a good amount of tables outside which is nice too. Its in a good locations surrounded by other places to eat (if not everyone wants In-n-Out), gas stations, convenience stores, shopping centers and right off the highway, like the freeway exit and entrance are literally right next to it so if youre driving by and want a quick bite you dont have to drive threw town and go out of youre way. Its always clean inside and outside. Prices are great (just like all In-n-Out restaurants) and all ingredients are fresh! This is probably my favorite In-n-Out to go to.

The meat was not of the usual quality and the buns were not fresh. The service was below your usual standards. The order taker didnt give us the combo prices, even after we mentioned it, but rather itemized our order causing us to pay more then necessary.

Workers are great here, the food here was nice the vegetables are noticeably fresh compared to other fast food Ive tried. The price is a little higher than other fast food restaurants but the quality reflects that. Inside dining is closed but outside there are tables that are nice to eat at.

Order was messed up completely and the fries were definitely the end of the batch overcooked. Girl at pick up window was less than helpful. Disappointing meal.

Typically enjoyable, this In-N-Out has the familiar tastes of all other locations. The staff was attentive and, when asking if we wanted ketchup, gave just the right amount (not too much).With cooks dancing to music, looks like they were having a good, masked time.

What can I say its In & Out. What I loved in these times of the Pandemic is that of all the food businesses out there they made me feel like they took the situation seriously and with a great attitude. So many businesses do a lot of blah blah talking but have actually changed nothing.. So why three stars? Well, because every time I eat there I feel like I am part of the big con. There is no fast food place I respected more, but does IN & Out really think we wont notice they are in a mad rush with McDonald’s to see who can have the smallest patty and the public still call it a hamburger. In & Out has been around since 1948 and pride themselves on the best burger. So if they have the best burger why do they keep changing it to their advantage? I rather pay more. Think about how many companies whole business model is to see what more they can leave out and still sell it. What eventually happens with many is they go away. Bottom line I probably won’t be going to In & Out as often, and more based on safety then they have the best burger...Sad!

Asked for ketchup cups because there wasnt any available...it took pointing out issue to second employee to remind cashier a customer had asked him for ketchup cups....15 minutes later we already finished eating fries and cashier finally brought us 2 ketchup cups to throw out, i guess.

One and only from Southern California)))Its a good and safe place.You get in drive-thru line....be a little patient, it could be about 7 cars there... your order would be taken at the curb- the employee would wear mask and use a tablet, you then drive to payment window and employee there would hold the card terminal for you and mask and gloves would be on....then the windows of happiness where your food would be given to you yet again by the employee wearing mask and gloves. All good.)Wear mask too, respect the others!
