How these guys manage to show up as 4.8 stars is beyond me. It took 4 phone calls to get an appointment for service on a Kubota excavator. Now the day of service waiting over 2 hours and 2 phone calls for the first service call of the day and nothing has happened. I guess when youre the only game in town you get to be irresponsible with no consequence.3 hours later. To their credit, theyve corrected wrong information on their end and implemented a change in phone procedure. Hopefully that does the trick for preventing issues in the future.
