Love Safeway, always have. Im thinking maybe they should invest and putting a small park on the side of the building where no one else Parks anyway this way all the folks hanging around outside would have somewhere besides the doors to hang out at. Cheers!

Me and my friend walked into the deli together today and we later found out she didn’t have enough on her card. The kind person working at the deli payed for us. I don’t remember their name but they had a rainbow pin on their hat and darkish long hair. They were so sweet and completely made our day!

I dont know why but for some odd reason everytime i go there their is only one line open and all the idiots are in self check out and safeway is proud of the stuff they sell and i mean real proud. Proud enough to price their stuff higher then everyone else and the staff are rude

Ukiah Safeway is wonderful. I live in Lakeport and I never find things there, but Ukiah I do. And huge aisles, staff friendly, different things, beautiful and largely stocked sushi. You never find this in Lakeport, and they say, shop local, well....if it isnt local, obviously you cannot shop local.

Used to work here back in 2003/2004. Still good, the covid has put some employees on edge as people were often rough (gotta love retail) but it was clean and the CCs were pleasant. Prices still right for what you get.

I like the deli. And the sushi is good.

I got my vaccine there and they gave me a 10% off coupon, so I shopped. I normally dont go to Safeways. Its huge, and I wander around a lot frustrated as i get lost. Ha. The cashier was super friendly.

Safeway is always clean courteous the prices are really decent and they have a mixture of almost anything you might want or need the staff is very friendly helpful I would always shop there I would recommend this place I would give Safeway 9

So I had the Worst experience here in the Bakery Section. I ordered cake on 05/06/21 for Saturday pickup for my Boyfriends Birthday. As Antonio suggested me about the design he did mention that in the receipt as well, that the cake to be Half and Half so that it looks like a cloud but nope The lady didnt do that . and I had a batman theme on the cake and Anthony who took my order confirmed and promised that the cake will have printed view of building and will be as some as in the CatLog which was not their either. I do remembered she saying that she has 30 more cake to make and she didnt have time to call me to say what she is going to do. their was literary no filling ( less filling) at all too .I made sure to order 2 days ago so that nothing goes wrong. But still They messed up with my order.I did asked and told her this is not what I ordered. But she had a lot of attitude and was rude too . As I had already Pre- Paid and was getting late for cake cutting ceremony I left .Well My Dad Runs 7 Restaurant Back in MY country and I have never seen any employees with this attitude. She should have at least re-make the cake and confirm her mistake .Never had any problem earlier from 94580 Location they always use to do it on point . But this 95482 location is the Worst .I hope this never happens to anyone. It does not matter what worth of $ amount of Item you are ordering. The Order should be made as Promised when Talking the order.I hope this Incident get Reported to Higher Authority and take action soon.Not just my Planning to the Birthday Theme But my emotion was also Connected .

I use the self check out and it really is alot faster then waiting in line. There never seems to be enough cashiers. Store is very clean and well laid out.

Clean store. They have several items I can not find elsewhere in town. They are pricey on many items, but have decent sales. Deli people are a little rude. Checkers are all very accommodating.

Be prepared to get attacked when u give a bad review...but this store is expensive......and fruit is beautiful but had no taste ... flowers wilt in 2 days each time ......the manager in the self check out is AWESOME THOUGH

Always in stock, great customer service, especially Brenda and Melissa who are always at self checkout and I always seem to need help with some sort of coupon. Deli needs to heat up the breakfast burritos more to melt the cheese though fyi 🙃

Awesome store!

They have an excellent meat and seafood department. It is especially well stocked. This is important as Ive found empty shelves in other stores. As a bonus, the meat department crew is helpful and knowledgeable.

I LOVE this grocery store. The deals they have make it the best place in town to do shopping.

Safeway is a great place to shop. I like their variety of bakery items the best. I wish the deli was a little bigger with more options but its not too bad. I prefer it to the other local stores and definitely would recommend it to anyone that were to ask. The prices are decent and using your club card can get you extra savings.

Today is my boyfriends birthday so naturally I order a cake and had put on the ticket to call me if need even if it is a small detail. Paid almost 30 bucks for a cake that I could have done at home but was to upset to even try. The lady did do better then i could do i prepaid for this cake with ample amount of time to call me. No call do I didnt think much about it and it was blank how cathis happen with a 2 week notice.i have pictures of what the lady wrote on it the best she could.Good Employees even if they needed one or two cashiers the day I last went in this store. Still a good clean store.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED!I will NEVER, I mean NEVER give the Safeway Pharmacy in Ukiah my business again! The pharmacist was super rude, and disrespectful! I will GLADLY go to Meyers, or ANYWHERE else, this place needs NEW management. Ridiculous, SMH

Yesterday was Valentine’s Day and I helped deliver the gifts that were purchased for loved ones in the area, watching those beautiful flowers and the wonderful designs that floral department comes up with just floored me! There was so many varieties with so many colors I couldn’t believe how well That floral department did yesterday!I will not hesitate to go to them to show somebody I care! I tip my hat to you!!

People were chatting and socializing it just made me happy. But they were 6 feet apart. It was clean and lit well everything in order. Friendly cashier made me feel special with the sweet things she said.

It was great i got to watch a high speed chase and everything.

Purchased pre-made salad. Walnut, cranberry & feta cheese. Got e-coli and was extremely sick. I heard from hospital Im the 3rd in town to get it. Idk if they shopped at Safeway or not, but please be careful.

Right in the center of UkiAh. Easy to find. Nice floral department, good bakery, and they have Starbucks. The staff is always helpful! The managers are always so nice when getting formula for me. The meat department always has a wide selection and helps with different cuts etc.

Ukiah safeways use to be one of the better stores, however they have declined! Last year i bought a lemon pie it was bad, last month i bought another lemon pie it was bad also. Yesterday i went and got potato salad from AND IT WAS SPOILED!! these days foodmax is better then them! I wont be shopping there any more.Raleys for me!!

Bad service, out dated food told a Manger he said it wasnt hes area and to give it to someone else. Waited in line at the deli while the workers where to busy talking to each other than to help. So I bought it to the attention of other workers and he could careless. Done shopping there.

I asked for a hundred dollar bill to be changed at customer service and the lady refused saying she would run out of $20 dollar bills. Imagine that, a busy store next the citys public transportation hub, running out of twentys.Right after that the attendant at the hot food station couldnt serve me because store policy is she can only serve Chinese food and no other hot food available, right next to the Chinese food. I waited 10 min at least for the other hot food attendant. Im not going back anytime soon.

I gave Safeway 2 stars because it is great for midnight snacks, but to be honest the people that hang around Safeway are sketchy sadly, so be careful please. Also, the bathroom are disgusting, and things are broken. There is water and dirty paper all over the floor. I try not use the bathrooms there or stay there for long. But if you want to grab a snack or something for dinner, they just might have what you want or need.

Nice facilities with reasonable prices, look at the clearance section in the back for cheap close outs. Get a coffee at Starbucks!

Its a Safeway? What more could you say. I like going here for weekly groceries. The staff are usually nice, the guard there is very nice though. He makes the place feel more homey.

Well I like this store for a couple of reasons. They have excellent customer service awesome baked goods coming out of the bakery cakes are awesome they make them to order make your photo cake if you want the deli is awesome all kinds of goodies in there . The floral department is awesome say that live plants theyve got fake plants they got fake flowers he got real flowers the most of all they have awesome customer service as well
