Love this place! Great selection of lumber, better quality than home Depot, higher prices, but you get what you pay for!

Hard to find hardware items are often found here. They are also good at figuring out my descriptions of what I need (cement stake, for one). Good supply, great service and decent prices.

Friendly people always have what you need.

Yard is a mess but people are good and out perform the Willits store.

They had the caulking and the stuff I needed to put my brothers cooler in but wow everything must be made out of gold in there I can go to my local home Depot and get a 2/4for about 6 dollas dont even ask how much they were here

The employees there in my opinion or at least the female that approached us when i was there seemed a bit pushy. She asked if we needed help 2 steps into the door and when we said no she seemed put out then kind of followed us around maybe a row or 2 over the whole time which i didnt appreciate. That being said the store was clean, well stocked. We found what we were looking for and were on our way. I hate to give a mediocre review i always want to give a really nice one if im able and i try to be fair.

Quick wait line, always helpful employees.But when asked where something is, instead of an employee telling directions, they need to walk the customer to the item as when I went to there direction, what I was looking for wasnt there .

What I really like about going in to Mendo Mill is that they have real people that have helped me find what I was looking for. It is the opposite of going in to a HUGE store where I cant find anyone to help me.

Prices here are just ok a lil on the highside!But!!! The customer service is great!! Very helpfull personel! Idk about you but id much rather pay a lil more and have great service!And youll find pretty much everything you need for your home!

Homegrown in memdo

I bought a weber 22 kettle today. They had one in stock so instead of going to home depot I figured spend my money locally. After my online purchase for in-store pick up goes through I find out it is a display model with minor damages. When I told the store manager about my displeasure I got a nonchalant oh... When I asked for a discount it became an uh I dont know about that and a return was going to be inconvenience to them. Wait! What? I could have gone to home depot and gotten a brand new in the box for the same price. I am a born and raised local and have gone here many years. Never have I received customer service or lack there of I should say to this extent. Sorry mendomill... My business will be elsewhere after this experience with management...

Mendo Mill is a great little hardware store. The layout is good and there are always employes around that can help you out. They carry most everything you might need. Only problem is the prices which are always on the high side.

Awesome friendly folks, power outage, backup generator running the register, wonderful employees escorting you by flashlight to help you get what you need!

Ive been shopping there forever and I keep going back because Im always doing projects and if I cant figure out what Hardware or tool I might need they are always great about giving me personal service and helping me!! Definitely much more personal than that Depot place!

Tried and true mendo ace hardware and lumber

Ukiah store is small with tons of stuff in it they have definitely out grown it. Employees are always looking to help but gets annoying when they think they no more then they really do. It is a good store just needs to grow.

Its friendly and organized. The store may be smaller than other hardware store， but they do have much more complete selection of all kind of tools, hardwares, lumbers, accessory, parts....., The only thing they are not as good is the selection of garden stuff. They have very small selection of plants. If you are looking for some hard to come by parts, try this place.

Customer service was terrible...we kept being pushed off from associate to associate...then when we were sent into the yard where the material we were looking for was supposedly...the Hispanic woman, with her little red best on showing she was an employee, saw us coming to get to help us she turned around as we approached her and walked into an office door instead of asking how she could help us. Blatantly Rude. Well do business elsewhere!

Brandon really went the extra mile in the yard, got me what I needed and answered the many questions about the product I was looking at. Steve delivered, who was also very polite and helpful.

Absolutely the BEST customer service. There are always several people waiting to help you so if you know what you want, you can be in and out in 5 minutes. I always go here rather than the huge stores where you can never find someone to help and have to walk 5 miles to find anything.

Mendo Mill its a great place the staff is always friendly and helpful always asking you if theres anything you need or anything youre looking for the layout at this one is a little confusing their yard in the back but other than that its like all the other Mendo Mills its a great place to do your Hardware shopping
