Changing my review. Thank you patty for your suggestions and making service with you easier. You saved a customer.This was my review change last month after I thought we have resolved these issues. However, here we are again needing gas and even under the keep fuk program Im being blown off. Ive called every day this week only to be told call tomorrow. Called again today only to be told call again tomorrow. I cant seem to get service no matter what. I dont understand why this company keeps blowing customers off. We have money to pay, have paid upfront and yet being blown off again. Why offer service to people but not give them service?

You guys are great for 18 years of service. You come and go and seldom know you are here or have been here. Only when I see the notice on the front door.Only 1 time was there a snafu a new temporary driver did not leave notice on front door. 2 or 3 months went by and you all did not know why I had not paid my bill. I ran out of propane for a couple of days all was remedied quickly I was not on the computer system with Ferrellgas at that time.

Takes weeks till they bring it. Thats if your out. If you have sum left then they come sooner. 😲😤 i have a 2 year old daughter and she got sick and i ordered weeks ago. This company needs better services or i need new gas company. Im checking on new gas company. Dont use this company

Propane tank feral gas put in had no gage for checking amount of gas. Was told tank had to be low to swap for a working tank. Put extra money on my account so tank could be filled when tank was swapped. Fire and evac happened. Did not check tank. Assumed conversations a round swapping tank and not doing it full and having extra money on account for when it was swapped out would have been enough. Apparently not. Started calling friday evening after taking a friend for surgery when gas ran out. Called. Yesterday, told call back today. Called today again was told no way to get propane by thursday. Thank you ferrall gas of ukiah, hope you and yours have a great thanksgiving. Sorry I did not call to make sure you had filled the tank I was told to run low for the swap but made sure had enough on my account to fill. Sorry that you expected another call saying the same thing as the conversation about the faulty tank and running low and filling. If that had been don apparently. They. Would have filled it because talking about two things at once does not fly. The worst part is were not faulty tank this would not be. An issue
