North Cal has been a let down since day one. The web site onlinelumberstore.com is the last place that should be selling lumber online. They failed to acknowledge my order for 2 weeks until I had to call to verify if it had even been received, then had to wait another 2 weeks to ship some of the most common, simple products they sell. After telling me they had shipped on the phone, I had to call almost 2 more weeks later still to learn that they were still sitting on the shipping bench and they did not even offer an apology. At that time they would be arriving almost 6 weeks after initial order, and putting me past a deadline for a much larger job they were a very small part of. When Brian agreed to ship the components direct to my jobsite so they *may* arrive in time, he did not follow through on that either. I am left with nothing other than disappointment, and have never been blatantly lied to like this from a vendor in the past. Unfortunately purchasing a domain name does not make you an expert in what that name says. My advice, shop elsewhere for your online lumber.

These people are trying to tell me to go F myself after wood flew off the big rig an smashed my vehicle on hwy 5. Horrible people. I wouldnt recommend them for nothing

I had a problem with pay pal paying them and they were efficient and gentlemanly thru it all. the product i ordered: best grade douglas for was flawless
