Great place informative staff. Friendly. Has good helmets and such you need for riding their stock on bikes however was lacking a bit.

Had alot of tires in stock was A little surprised. Good selection of gear and bikes. Lots of honda generators. I got a rear Michelin tire for 80 bucks and a oil filter for a ktm No one pressuring me or asking question I dont wanna answer, helpful when asked a question too.

To say the least, the service manager is terrible. Refused to fix my motorcycle because I wanted to purchase my own parts that were 50% of the price they were charging me, and on top of that somehow attempted to back that up by saying that “you don’t take a steak to a steakhouse to get cooked”??? Completely unprofessional considering I tried my hardest to work with them, disgusted by how Bruce acted and spoke to someone who just bought a 10k dollar dirt bike and. 5k quad in a span of two weeks. Also I usually get my generators serviced there. What a joke/clown. Clean up your service department.

Stopped by on a rainy day after my new dr650 started having issues. They arent a Suzuki dealer, but they checked out the bike and made a couple minor changes free of charge, and without an appointment. I appreciate this greatly, as I was on an 1100 mile trip home in the rain. I dont live in Cali, but Ill be making the trip back down to these guys when it comes time for a new HuskyThanks again gents (btw, it ended up being a wiring harness that fell and blocked the airbox, first time for everything)

Definitely dont let these guys change your tires - they will mess up your wheels and then deny it, did it twice to me. First time around I didndt say anything, second time I specifically asked them if they can do it without nicking them... guess what they cant. Brand new bike and expensive wheels. Cant balance right either, and wont take responsibility. I wouldnt trust them for anything on a motorcycle.

Hands down worst experience ever, I asked for a valve adjustment and spark plugs and anything the broken clutch needed, I got it back a month or so later apparently they don’t stock valve adjustment shims for a Polaris at a Polaris dealer, well the clutch got me to my neighbors house and same problem stalled out, I took it back and they said I need an entire new clutch, and now I’m positive it’s missing the aftermarket timing chain tensioner I installed back in 2015, so I called Bruce he said it was impossible, after arguing as to why it’s not on my rzr he said I could come meet him down the street and hung up, it’s not impossible you must remove tensioner to do a valve adjustment, they charged me mechanic price to clean my air filter and change my oil both I did not request, I’m warning you, terrible service .

Very helpful, professional, great mechanic. Seems theyre one of the last places that still consider customer service to be number one. A customer is treated like a person rather than a number and most important, they take a great deal of pride in what that do which translates into quality service.

I was there for the first time to get engine oil and to ask a technical question of their mechanic. I found their prices to be competitive and their staff to be helpful and kindly. I will return again to get other things for my motorcycle.

Had a bad rear tire while on a trip and they were able to squeeze me in and get me going again. Saved my trip!!!!

This is a hard one. 5 stars for maintenance department. 2 stars for sales guy. Bruce, the maintenance guy, Is a local legend and is the stores backbone.However the main sales guy( and possably the owner) is just not a people person. Assorted support staff is super cool. Prices are par for the coarse.Probably the best bike shop north of Windsor.

Really appreciate the guys at Ukiah Motorsports. I was on the road and had a nail flatten the rear tire on my KTM 1190. I repaired it, but it was wearing out and need to be replaced. They had the exact replacement tire and installed it in an hour and had me on my way. Can’t say enough good about them. Thanks again guys.

They are awful. Quoted us on a specific bike and then my husband drives up there to get it and they do the bate and switch. Then my husband decides to get another bike and it is a LEMON. Mechanic from their shop works on it for 30 minutes and cant get it started!!! I called and talked to the store manager who says - sorry. Wasted 2 hours of our time to try and get one over on us. Watch their pricing. They will try and get one over on you if you arent on top of your game. Go to Petaluma - way better customer service and BETTER PRICING!!!!!!

Recently purchased new Teryx4 from this dealership. Before my purchase I shopped around locally and ended up driving there from Santa Rosa to make the purchase. The thing that initially pulled me in was the prices. I was working with the owner so he was able to give me the out-the-door prices of many models. The prices offered were by far the best from anywhere I had looked. There was no start high and work down. For a comparison a Santa Rosa dealer quoted me $15,500 OTD for a 2013, this dealer would sell me a 2014 for $13,800. Very transparent sales I felt like.When I was buying my bike the dealer said that there was a 3 year factory warranty. Weeks later I received a letter from Kawasaki stating I had a 3 month, not a 3 year, warranty. When I inquired with the dealer he said that he would offer me a complimentary 3 year warranty.Great prices, service, and owner. Would recommend this business to family and friends.

They went above and beyond the call of duty to change the tires on my 1299s the guy made a socket to take my wheel off and on... real old fashioned service, by a bunch of real professionals!

Horrible service department . Bruce is a total hack, a joke of a mechanic. I bought a top of the line generator and before it had 50 hours on it it was in the shop 3 times. The last time I got it back they forgot to reinstall the carburetor. When I went in to complain one of the employees asked me if I wanted to take it outside. Presumably to fight? I dont know. I will NEVER go in there again.

They told my husband one price over the phone and then a much higher price in person.

Worst place I have ever dealt with. My vehicle was involved in a fire there. Didnt fix it right bolts falling off still melted parts and on and on. Came back worse than when I dropped it off. They also put used parts and charged for new. Gonna sue. Hate this place. Jackasses.

Horrible sales. I bought a bike over the phone. Went down to pay for it (3 hr drive) and when I got there they jacked the price up $400 because they knew how far I drove. In addition to that, none of the extra parts I ordered with the bike were there. They never ordered them. I had to wait HOURS for them to change just a couple tires. Avoid this place if you are smart.

Do not know what happened to this place. I have been a customer here for years, even after moving to another county. As soon as I got another bike and needed parts they were the first place I thought of. For the past week I have been calling trying to get ahold of the parts department and it has been the same story I get put on hold for about ten minutes then get told they are busy and to call back in a few minutes or leave a message and they will get back to me which they dont. Im a parts sales manager at an autoparts store and I can tell you this is completely unacceptable.
