I purchased a CRL 3-piece slider window for my Dodge truck. If fir the perimeter OK, but sits too far from the pinch weld. I figured I did something wrong, so i contacted CRL for some advice. I talked to a Steve who could not answer my question (Were not set up for installation) nor bother to give me ANY assistance other than to tell me to contact an installer. His attitude was very dismissive, and conveyed the message that their products are for professional installers only; us DIY guys dont matter.
