They act nice selling you a gun but dont tell you they dont have ammunition for the gun until after the purchase. No warning as to the scarcity to get the ammunition anywhere. Couldnt trade to a different caliber with easier time to get that ammo. I will never recommend this place to anyone

Final Flight and Mack’s Prairie Wings go hand and hand when it comes to being awesome waterfowl stores! We stopped at Final Flight on our way to Reelfoot in January 2020. I had never been to this store and I was amazed when I walked in the door. They have literally anything and everything you can think of for waterfowl. I’ll be visiting Final Flight from now on when I’m passing through to go hunting!

Great place! I had no idea what I needed and the staff helped me with all the necessary tags and licenses. Theres also a huge selection of anything you will need for a successful hunt.

Pistol selection was not great the last time I was in. If you need clothes and accessories, they still have miles of that.

On their page it says they sell Deer Hunting supplies, but if you can talk to them on the phone they hang up on you. Not happy by being disrespected like that. If they had some knowledge on what they sell that would bring them more sales and better manners would also help them.

I have known the Final Flight Family for more years than Id like to say! One word can describe them...Awesome.The Powers family started with what was once a little grocery store and developed it into a thriving business.The FF Team has everything a duck hunter could want and then some. I buy everything that I can from them and so do most of my old hunting partners. I have always received great customer service and the owners Mr. Bernie, Tripp, Jon Ed and Kelley Powers always make a point of introducing themselves to visitors and maybe giving some young duck hunter some pointers on calling or decoy placement! You dont get that at the big box waterfowl stores.What most people do not know about Final Flight is that the Powers Family have been Lenders of Opportunity to many a UT Martin college student; my son Seth for one! The students learn about business, learn how to deal with difficult people (imagine that) plus make their spending money! Those with bad attitudes, are lazy and do not study dont last long. Worst place to buy anything. I bought a new shotgun from them and it jammed first thing. When I took it back they said it would be 4 weeks before they could do anything they said it wasnt there problem. Took it to cypress creek in dyersburg gunsmith had it fixed in 30 minutes. I wish 0 stars was an option.

I received a pair of boots as a birthday gift and already had the same pair. Took them back with the receipt. Still had tag,never been worn. They still carried the same boots. It had been almost 3 months since day of perchas,but they would not budge on the 30 day return policy. As much money as I have spent in that store its ridiculous that there was nothing they could do. They wont get another dime out of me.

Started good until I paid and then asked for my $50 free ammo. Rifle has a nice large tag hanging on it. They said oh um must be something old. Nothing we can do for you.So I buy a fairly high end model 70 Winchester rifle and they literally left me hanging over the $50 free ammo tag thats still attached to the rifle. Shame on yall.

Brother-in-law is the hunter/outdoorsman in the family. Hes been a customer of Cabelas since they started business, shops Bass Pro, and is an acknowledged guru WRT deer hunting. *He* was highly impressed with Final Flight--and he doesnt impress easily. Whereas Bass Pro supposedly carries the one item we were seeking on this shopping trip, they had -0- in stock, while FF had 34.My observation: they have a vast selection of gear, and good quantities. Their floor staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
