The staff here is really helpful. The line is really cramped and I wish they had dots on the floor for where to stand because people were so close to me and I couldnt move anywhere because I was trapped by candy.

I didnt notice this store at first, I havent been in the area in a while. But Im happy to find this Michaels because I had an order and was missing a few things. I found the store was a little disorganized as compared to what their app says where things are but when you find someone to help, they can normally find it quickly. Unfortunately it took me a while to actually get people to help me. Especially with the spray paint, does the little help button even work?

Great arts and craft and then some store however can sometimes be cluttered but they do have great kids project all set up in a box. Awesome kid gift store.

She is very kind, patience and eager to assist us on our needs. Her expertise and knowledges about the service reflects upon her. She explains every detailed and provided information. Erika, you did a tremendous job, well done and executed accurately. For sure, I will highly recommend this company to all people.

We were able to buy everything we needed. They always have some interesting products on their shelves. Some clearance items too.

These ladies take in my UPS parcels because there is nowhere else if rather drop them. The UPS store up the street is horrid, the lady with the long black hair comes across as extremelyrude to everyone. Not the folks at Michaels, theyre happy to see me and we always have a nice light conversation and theyre HAPPY to be there! Bonus, I get to pick up some stuff while Im there. Just scored some really fancy photo albums for $3&$5 freakin stoked. I love this store, always clean and the staff are just so rad!

We love Michael’s get the app and get the coupons it’s the easiest thing to sign up for. We love the program they have for the children as well if you are looking for something cheap or free for your child to do this is the place to come. We ended up finding some pants on clearance for two dollars and we got a bundle of package brushes for five dollars it’s a great store and very clean the staff is amazing and very nice! I would recommend the store to anyone I’ve never seen it really busy where I couldn’t handle being in there. Every time I have gone in there I have found what I was looking for sometimes I have found more than what I was looking for for instant. I was going to go to a birthday party and I hadn’t bought a present this is a great place to buy presents with their deals it’s much better than going to Walmart with less of a crowd, less lines and better customer service!

Who would not be amazed when they walk in here? This store is located in Union Landing next to PetCo. My Google Map did not direct me to the correct place so be aware of this. Luckily I had been here before and knew approximately where it was. It is a typical Michaels store. Staff seem friendly. And it is well stocked with craft supplies.

One of my favorite craft stores in the area! While there is another Michaels closer to me I always prefer to go a bit further just for this one as theyre always well stocked. The only negative is that I sometimes have a bit of issues finding a worker to help me unlock a cabinet to get to select supplies; however, Ive found that theyre nevertheless very helpful!

Not many ppl in the store. Staff was very helpful, kind and followed Covid protocal. I always get great service when I shop here. Kinda miss mingling with customers when standing in line. Last few visits....few ppl and no one in line but me.

Great place for framing when the wait is not too long.

Lots of good sales going on. Especially if youre registered with them. Theres only one register open from the last few visits but that usually isnt a problem. The staff has been super effective in assisting and practicing proper covid safety precautions.

Does not a variety of supplies. Went twice looking for different things and unable to find what I was looking for.

I like shopping at this store, people here are helpful and all a very friendly. I just wished that they had not said they were open, drove sort of a long way to FIND out its Curbside Pickup only. That was a waist of time and not just mine . Lots of Customers are trying to go into buy stuff and cant because someone forgot to add curbside pickup olny on your website. I would of gave you 5 Stars but Im not 4 because I was looking forward to be able to go shopping today for my art supplies.

Love the service at this location. Store is always nice and neat. Very convenient location, as it is right in between Petco and Smart n final. I’ve even been able to get insanely good deals on photo frames, kids toys, fake floral and wall art. The app is also very helpful and easy to use. Definitely one of my favorite stores to shop at.

The Halloween display was really well done and I was interested in purchasing some of them. But there was no prices posted. I looked all over. I purchased the other items I was looking for and had to go online to find the prices when I got home.

Love this store! They have a great selection if craft supplies and raw materials for creating. The scrap book section is phenomenal and I love the clearance section. The prices are always reasonable and the coupons are always a bit Gipee! The staff is always able to answer questions and help find answers to crafting problems .

Took a cupcake decorating class. Nice instructor but we werent shown as much as I was expecting with the use of the tips. Also some students showed up with no supplies and the instructor helped them shop. That took time away from the rest of us.

I am an avid Michaels shopper, I love to craft and Michaels for the most part has everything I need. I visited this store last night because I had a project I was interested in finishing. I was told very rudely that they were closing and that I would have to leave. I was obviously still looking for something and it would have taken her 5 minutes to help me and then I would have left happy rather than feeling like I was taking up there time. I just thought it was rude, I would have handled the situation differently if I were in her shoes.

Needed a nice 18 x 24 inch frame for a customized poster Ive been wanting to hang above my head board. Michaels not only fulfilled my quest but they had a 40% off deal going on at the time for the frame brand I chose.

Customer service was slow even though there was not a lot of people.

Im always happy shopping at Michaels for my craft items. I just wish that they would rotate some of the inventory and bring in new crafting tools and scrap booking paper.

Im well dressed, grown, clean, spending money... didnt matter.I wanted to give 2 starts but the other service really was good. It just wasnt consistently good.

With this you can easily get prices found on amazon at Michaels!The employees are decent and helpful when you need help or have a question
