This company is a SCAM! Please do not use this company for any of your shipping needs. A deposit was taken and no services were performed. After multiple attempts of contacting them they just block your phone number so you cannot reach them. Worst experience I’ve ever had with car transportation. I’m Will be reporting business to BBB (Better Business Bureau).

This is scam! They will ask you to quickpay money to them. After they receive money, they don’t fllow up and when you call them, they don’t want give you money back and they block you phone call .

I am the shipper that didnt get paid for shipping the vehicle for ISY1 Transport LLC. After multiple attempts to get in touch with them, we are being ignored for the past 3 months. They also changed the bond/insurance company recently. This is becoming very sketchy. Please everyone be aware!!! Especially shippers!!!

This broker and I agreed on delivering my car on March 16th. They were aware that I have a urgent need to use the car, and thats how we agreed on the shipping price, which is more expensive than usual.After they picked up on March 12th, on the next day, they told me that the delivery would probably be delayed to March 17th, but definitely no more delay. That was OK. However, as Im writing now, on March 17th, I didt receive any notice of delivery until I asked the driver, and I was told that the car wont be delivered until 18th... My moving plan and trips are completely ruined because they just could not deliver on time, and more importantly, they are not responsive nor communicative.I tried to contact this broker, but after the initial brief call, they stopped replying my message or answering my phone call (I called them 3 times within 1 hour, and always got directed to a voice mail box).Avoid this broker.

You guys are brokers stop blaiming carriers for a writing way we have bill of lading for damage report because when we pick up we note and we deliver says way if not saym way then you can file claim bu when we delewer the inspect there car and the sign are inspecting report and the don’t found any problem and the the call nex day that I have nothing to do just late you know
