Well, since 1996 Herman Jenkins has been servicing my vehicles, everyone from service has always been correct on the diagnosis and reasonably priced. the maintenance and customer service areas of the facility is exceptionally clean and comfortable and staff throughout the dealership always take time to strike up a friendly conversation with you. When I decided to look for a new truck Herman Jenkins had exactly what I was looking for, the professional salesman, and business manager worked up a great deal and I was driving off the lot in about an hour. I love Chevys which include a 1956,1958,1964,1968,1987,1988,1996, 1998 and 2021 and you wont find a dealership who represents General Motors more professional and honest than Herman Jenkins.

Called to have my moms car worked on was there 12 day with a 82 year old lady with out her car and service department manager Larry was very rude to me in getting moms car fixed . We were told one thing and the keep adding part till they started saying it didn’t need parts . Call the owner and he wouldn’t even give us a return call . The sad part is she bought the car from from this dealership.. they lost a customer for good . Paducah will get the sale of two new vehicles not these people .

I called Larry at Herman Jenkins when I noticed I had been losing air in my tire. He immediately had me come in to have it seen about and had me a new tire ordered that day. Everyone is always very kind and always has me in and out of their office in the fastest times. Our salesman was Stanley Evans and our entire experience with him and everyone there was very positive. We walked in knowing what we wanted, and thats what we walked out with in less than 2 hours. We leased a new Challenger and without trying to push us in any other direction, Stanley explained the pros and cons of our decision, making sure we understood what we were getting into with a lease. We ended up with a lower monthly lease payment than we expected and got a very fair price for our trade-in. You know while you sit and wait in some places, that you are not a top priority. Not so here. Stanley was attentive and efficient during the entire process. We will recommend them to anyone who asks, and they are asking. The car is a dream. In 3 years, we will be going back to lease another new vehicle. Hard to imagine giving up this beautiful car now, though. A+ and 2 thumbs up to go with the 5 star rating.

My car was serviced and washed before I finished lunch. Expected would take 3 to 4 hours but the vehicle was ready in about one and half hours. Great summation sheet with tires measured for tread wear with many other check points for a complete inspection of vital systems.

Had my car towed to Herman Jenkins service dept Jan 3 Friday (spoke to Larry before having car towed to Hermans he assured me my car would be taken care of). Called service dept on Monday (spoke to blake)to see what progress is was told my car wasnt there and no service ticket. Called buddys towing to confirm where my car went and it was towed to Hermans and keys took into service dept. Called today (spoke to larry) today they cant find my keys. Called buddys towing back and they told me the keys are there the driver took them in. I use to live near Herman Jenkins and remembering good word I heard around neighborhood when my car broke down near Herman Jenkins Jan 3rd I didnt think twice on who to have service my car issues. Now Im wishing Id reconsidered. I have an extended warranty on my car and was hoping to get paper working flowing and diagnose of issue this car is my only means and transportation. If im having issues with herman jenkins saying my car is not there and losing my keys i can only imagine what else im gonna deal with once it is pulled in garage. It is now Jan 8th with keys missing. Buddys wrecker confirmed not once with me but 4 times the keys was taken in by driver. I received confirmation in text form once the tow was completed and spoke to buddys wrecker service 3 times.

The person that sold us the car was very nice and caring and honest, we really liked everything that was getting done went for regular oil changes. And all was good. Until I needed my timing chain done that I had a warranty on, and also my A/C compressor went out on it, so after the guy looked it over the other guy inside try to nickel-and-dime me on everything, wanted me to set the appointment up right then that was going to cost over $3,000 took the paper work home to show my husband had him go up there dropped price down to 1200. And when my husband called to check on something they guy he talked to said the other guy has charges that dont need to be on here, Get my car back, they didnt do a oil change he didnt put in for my a/c compressor to get fixed they didnt do anything that was stated to us that they was going to do, just fixed the timing chain. Will not be back. Very frustrating and unsatisfied, one star was overrated,

When I contacted them to return the items. Nice selection of vehicles

We took our Tahoe there because it needed a radiator. Well after having the Tahoe there all day and us repeatedly calling and them saying they would call back in 10-15 minutes they told us they had to order the part. So we took it back this morning. We called at 1pm today and asked for an update and they told us they would call us right back in 15 minutes. Well they hadnt called us by 4:30 so we decided to call them and they preceded to tell us they didn’t do it because they didn’t have time. So I go and get the keys and the service desk guy said that they told my boyfriend next Thursday not this Thursday. Which was a lie because we were together when he made the appointment for today and I heard them say this Thursday. We will not be returning there.
