Not the newest or cleanest QT in the metro, but reliable. Rarely out of the fountain drinks I care about. My expectations are never super high, but I dont think Ive ever left here disappointed. I cant say the same for much newer, nicer locations just a couple exits away.

Honesty the slowest service at Quiktrip I’ve ever been to!Each and every time I’ve gone my wait time for checking out gets longer and longer-

I luv QT, its by far one of my favorite stores. Unfortunately the Hwy138 store in Union City has changed management and the happiness seem to have left, the morning burritos are cold, and the morning manager seems upset most of the time. The energy at this location seems very unhappy.Thankfully QT is all over and one sad seed doesnt affect them all 😉

Disgusting facility, saw numerous bugs walking around the coffee machines, the area you add your creamer and sugar is filthy, nothing is stocked for your coffee. Cashier was clueless to the world when I mentioned something about the bugs.

Clean and organized. The fast food area has limited service from what l could tell it seemed.coffee was great. Cappuccino machines have a great selection. Donuts go fast there l was there by 6:50am

They love telling you “you didn’t say that” when they do something wrong lmao. It’s actually hilarious how many times it happens

Terrible service ordered my food online at 8:20 pickup time was 8:40 got there and had to wait 20 more minutes. They definitely lost my business.

Terrible service kitchen staff was rude. Also blames her mistake of my order on me. Then does the same when my friend ordered behind me will not return.Adding onto... Day 2 now same issue the kitchen staff is rude and needs to be addressed she is rude to customers with a bad attitude some should speak with her wow.

The store is very clean, prices are great- my great grandpa always said you get what you pay for, and it’s very true in this instance. All their food is delicious, products are fresh, and there’s a great selection.Staff is exceptional; one day when I was in there I saw a cashier running all three of four registers by herself, while still managing to give wonderful customer service.

In and out......fast trip and only $1.99 gallon

I ordered a personal pizza what I got was a pizza with only toppings on half and most of the toppings burnt I dont if the cook was blind or just didnt care the atmosphere in the store also was terrible cashier talking about how her covid bonus better big because she aint risking her life for nothing did not give receipt or say thank you...WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!

Been here a few times while passing through fir work. They seem to always have 4-5 pumps out of service. Other than that it’s one of the better Quick Trips in the Atlanta area. There’s a guy inside that runs the register who’s hilarious. Cracking jokes while you check out. Was laughing all the way to my car with what he said about my purchase. Great customer centered staff

This place always has excellent customer service and very fast service. If the line is long dont worry because you will be out of there quick. It was my first time ordering a oreo shake and it was very good. My order came fast and the lady who made my shake was very nice and greeted me properly. Thanks Quick Trip.

The lady behind the counter at the kitchen portion of quick trip was extremely rude! She didn’t hesitate to insist that I get a refund. Absolutely no customer service!!!

Any qt that gives me a receipt at the pump gets 5 stars

QT is the Great place every

Freqient visitor at this location, friendly staff, great customer service. Even during rush hour and they are packed the staff always manages to greet every customer who comes through the door. Never a bad experience. Plus, they keep security by means of union city pd or security guards, which promotes safety of when i may send my kids in to get slushies or cones on their own, i have no worries. This location is better than the surrounding locations thats for sure!

Tamia is bright spot. At 1:00 am just being a triple threat. Greet, stocking the treats, and causing em out at high level.

Best gas prices in town. and a great quality.. BMW recommends QT along with other name brand gasolines...

Love this QT even though they are always ridiculously busy. Employees are so nice and its always clean.

I go into Quik Trip for three things everytime and they have it sometimes and sometimes they dont. The service is great and the staff usually are always mopping or wiping off the windows. Very clean facility.

Great, friendly customer service. I only gave them 4 stars because there are usually stragglers outside begging even while Union City PD is there nearly around the clock.

Don’t let the outside appearance fool you, this location is very clean and updated inside. Friendly staff and clean facilities. You can tell QT trains their staff well.

This is worst Quick Trip in Georgia. Employees playing with the Gas Pump as customers place money at the register. I went to two different Pumps. The employees kept switching the metters. Bad Service

This is the best quiktrip because it has one good cashier the tall caucasian cashier is very fast I dont remember his name but he works the afternoon shift.

Its a good thing the service and prices are great because the clientele is ride and disrespectful. Love that QT is still one of the only stations offering free air

Horibble experience, a cashier name samantha gave me horrible customer service. I came in for a $50 amazon card and a bag of hard candies and my girl friend wanted to kno abt the price of newports cigarettes while she got a frozen drink so I inquired abt them. Since I didnt have id and she did she wouldnt sale her none plus my items. While we going back and forth showing samantha her id she still refuse the sale, mean while still making transaction with the customer behind us. Totally ignoring us she refuse to sale me what I initially came to the store for. Until we made her sale the non tobacco items, the comments and remarks she made were unprofessional, rude, and bias. I will never come back nor recommend my friends and family to this particular location.

Friendly service, clean facility, & fast check out. Would recommend to anyone looking for a fill up on fuel, refreshments, & a restroom break.
