Well well well where do we start I pulled up to the shop at 7:31 a.m. on Thursday July 8th 2021 just to get warranty work done, tire repair.I left the shop at 10:31 a.m. now with all due respect he told me when I initially came in that it will be a 2 hour wait. I told him Ill wait in my car since I am handicapped and it hurts my back to sit and stand at long periods of time. Well I waited for three hours as you can see and what I see is that the morale needs boosting and the workers need to move with a sense of purpose and urgency if I had 17 cars in front of me like he said leftover from last night sounds like to me that was left over from last week if they would get two mechanics to work together as a team to get things done and then another mechanic do stuff by himself the little minor stuff they would be able to serve the community better theres not accuracy from the other reviews Ive read now Firestone will sell itself my parents used it people I know use it and will continue to use it but this right here needs to be done in a more excellent way as you see the community is developing more adding more businesses just down the street that added up 5 minute lube service and Jiffy Lube has one car and the new place has approximately 7 cars usually people go to where customer service is the best Chick-fil-A line McDonalds line corporate look into this I just want a better well-known brand to be at its peak for the community.

Had a wonderful experience thanks to Randy. He let me know what was needed, what would be done, exactly how much it would cost, and he even gave a detailed description of the things I had no knowledge of. He was also super sweet and very genuine. I expected to spend the entire day without my car, but it was ready by early afternoon. I will definitely be returning on an as needed basis.

Brought my car in for repair and my car was damaged. I didn’t notice it because I stay at home due to COVID and the regional mangers Mr. Wallace and Mr. Thornton were extremely condescending and dismissive about my car being damaged. When I noticed the damage I didn’t bring it right back because I was not advised after and I reported the damage by phone that I needed to. When I called to report the damage I told the guy that I would not come right back because I stay in the house due To Covid and would come on my way back out to do my normal routine. My normal routine has been the same for over a year now. Jason didn’t tell me that not bringing my car back right away would cause an issue actually he was extremely cooperative and ok with me bringing it back in a couple of days after I called. I would have never waited if I knew they would not fix the damage on my car. I have been a customer of there’s since I was in my 29s and now I’m 50. Never would claim they damaged my car unless I was able 100 percent sure. It’s red scarred and dents in my car and the garage is full of red equipment. I have absolutely NO reason to lie. I’m extremely upset and disappointed at the lack of acceptance of responsibility.

Very slow. Not enough techs in the shop. Dropped vehicle off for 2 tires . Took 7 hrs to get done. When leaving noticed hood was still popped and the tires were very over inflated at 90psi when the tire calls for 65 psi. Very dangerous ride until the right pressure was applied via me. All in all would not go back

This auto shop is extremely inefficient, unprofessional, and not at all up to the standards I have come to expect from Firestone. I arrived for a 9 am appointment to get an alignment right behind someone else complaining about a different issue they were experiencing. By 10am my car hadn’t even been lifted and they only started working on it because of me asking for an estimate of when my vehicle would be ready. I was not informed when my vehicle was completed and instead had to tell the front desk clerk to give me my keys at 11:30 once I saw my car parked in a different location. There are multiple auto shops in the area, I would honestly recommend you go to any other one if you don’t like your time wasted.

The Firestone website allows you to schedule an appointment as early as 7am. I did that the day before to fix a flat tire but never received any response until an hour before my appointment the day of. Arriving at the location at 6:50am I was 2nd in line. I hear the service rep tell the person in front of me that the earliest appointment that can be made online is 8am, as she too had went online the day before to schedule one at 7am to fix a flat tire. Very strange that a large company such as Firestone would have this kind of error on its website. Anyway when he gets to me, despite my 7am appointment he tells me it will be an hour and a half to patch a flat tire because he only has one guy in the shop who was sitting down by the way. At this point I decide to leave. I was willing to pay $20 for the convenience of something that should have taken no more than 20 minutes. But 90+ minutes when Id made an appointment, and was still the 2nd person in the store that morning, and behind someone who only needed a flat tire fixed???

Terrible I paid 170 something for an alignment and a oil change now my car turns the right worker then when I first took it there and on top of that I can definitely tell a oil change was not made because my car jumps from 0-60 in under 4-5 seconds and I can hear the engine strugglingthere no way especially with the car I drive I would not recommend this place plus I want my money back honestly

Great team. Jeff took immediate care of my flat tire. The social distancing is done with ease, and they even had extra folding chairs if more chairs were needed for extra family members. Plenty of room in the lobby and the guys ARE FAST! Great location, terrific service, and clean.

IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS AND REPORT TO BBB I WOULD!!! I booked an 8am appointment over a week in advance to be the 1st one seen on 5/28. In the confirmation Email it stated to arrive early to my appointment. I arrived at 7:50am and saw three men sitting in the garage area with all doors locked and lights off conversing and laughing. At 7:55am one male, with purple hair, began to cut on the lights/tv in waiting area and unlocked the door. I walked in and waited at the computer to be checked in. The employees never greeted me, asked my name, the services I needed, or if I had an appointment. Instead the purple haired guy says “you know you got to wait 4 more minutes?” I politely walked back outside and waited until 8 am on the dot and then walked back to counter for check in. AGAIN The employees never greeted me, asked my name, the services I needed, or if I had an appointment. They continued to mess with the computers and conversing inside the garage Walking pass me multiple times Without addressing me. After waiting an additional 10 minutes I finally told the guy with the purple hair “so you guys aren’t going to at least greet me and say hi, good morning, or anything?” He responded very sarcastically and said “hi, good morning, or anything.” He then said he was still tired and trying to wake up because he just went to sleep at 4am. He still had never asked my name or checked me in. Then he said the system was down.At that point I left and went to Precision Auto care Down the street where I was treated awesome!!!!Customers spend TOO MUCH money to come in n be treated as though they are invisible. Being sarcastic is truly unprofessional along with the small talk and horseplay amongst employees. And to make a customer wait 4 minutes until open when the email ask customers to arrive early and then STILL not check me in at my designated appointment time is RIDICULOUS. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

With some dishonest people working there, I took my truck are to get an alignment and balance,they check my truck out and said that I needed Ball joints on the left and right front, total cost $1,173.53!! So the next day I took it to Mavis Tires,they check my truck out and said they didnt find anything wrong with it, alignment and balance total cost I paid $162.28!!! I went to get an alignment after having tie rods replace only to be told i had the wrong tie rods. They told me they would do it for $495 (way too much I paid $200). Got vehicle back changed tie rods took it back only to be told I now need ova $1700 worth of work (again way too much). I will not be going back very unprofessional sounds like they just trying to get some money out of money.

Made an appointment the day before for the first available appointment the following day. I waited one hour for a TIRE CHANGE!! I was the ONLY customer there.I arrived at 6:56 AM and left at 8:06 AM.The staff advised that the tire was in stock when I called in yesterday 1/26. Today 1/27, It took him 30 MINUTES to figure out where the tire was and determine if they actually had the tire in stock when I arrived for the appointment. I can’t believe that I was the only person here for thirty minutes and they still hadn’t changed my tire.I felt that there was a problem when I noticed that my car was still outside after 20 minutes of waiting. Also, I found it strange that the worker refused to take my payment prior to rendering services even after I requested to pay in advance.STAFF: DARREN & SCOTTI specifically requested as A courtesy for them to adjust the tire pressure on all of my tires. Darren “stated” that he was making notes in the system for the mechanics..I’m in my car right now and the tire pressure is all wrong. The new tire they installed is 53!!!! (the range is up to 42 on my vehicle)Bad way to start my morning and terrible customer service. I spent $300 on a tire that took a whole damn hour to install. Absolutely ridiculous! - incompetence at its finest.

I got 4 new tires here on Black Friday. I read the reviews on this place but came anyways because I needed tires. My experience at first wasn’t good. I waiting hours, never got a call back when it was ready, and the mechanic covered my valve stems to the tires with my hub caps. A few days ago by and I notice one of my tires going flat. I returned to the location two days later to see the location under a new manager named Scott. He completely changed my mind about this location. He was great. Not a long wait, I asked him what was wrong with the tire and he told me “ Not sure, I didn’t look, I swapped it out for you, it’s not something for you to worry about”. COMPLETELY CHANGED MY MIND OF THIS LOCATION. Don’t let the reviews scare you, they’ve changed things up. Thanks again Steve!

Excellent staff, they won’t charge you for things not needed as others try to do. The store was one of the cleanest Firestones I have been to. It wasn’t dirty like most where you barely want to sit down. I knew they would take good care of my car when they went the extra mile to confirm what needed to be repaired vice just doing the service.Shawn Campbell and Marquis are great assets to the Firestone organization. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

This location is very convenient for me but the speed of service is not good AT ALL for a simple tire repair and valve stem change. I had appointment at 9:00 AM and did not leave until after 1PM. I feel the service should have been faster and better, especially with having appointment. I have been waiting on this repair for four hours. Not too happy with my experience today. This experience has ruined my day because I only waited because I was promised one hour for the repair.

I just moved to GA from CT and after reading some of the reviews i was skeptical on bringing my vehicle to this location. Me and my friend came here because he said he had a slow leak in his tire. He called them before we got there to see if the do patch jobs, the said yes. So when we got there. The guy said it would be a hour wait, there were only two people in front of us. We were there wayyyyyy longer than an hour. Then when we do finally get to be seen. The guy said the leak cant be patched because of leak location. Which is understandable but we waited over an hour to just get bad news. You guys need to make a better system when it comes to different peoples issues.

Great personal salesmanship.The big guy was very trust worthy.One of the top selling points for me was the cleanliness of the establishment.I wish I would have known to tell them not to rotate my tires. So that the ones that the front ones I wanted changed would be in the front. They also changed my front axle. I will know how that turns out in a month

This is my “go -to” location but today I had an emergency and Marquis literally saved my day. It was raining really hard and my windshield was newly replaced. The previous company failed to properly secure my windshield wipers.. I couldn’t see ANYTHING! Marquis jumped into action and came outside to help. He went and got tools to secure them to make sure I could drive safely! He was courteous and professional and exactly the type of relief I needed- thanks Marquis!! I REALLY appreciated you!

Their service was good and bad at the same time. They were friendly, out of coffee, the waiting room was was clean and comfortable and they will change the television channels if you ask them to. I brought in a rental because the breaks were squeaking. The rental car company said I could swap out the car or take it up the street to Firestone. When I pulled into the parking lot the front was full, so I pulled on the side and found a parking spot on the side but in the back. I had to walk around the building because they have rear parking but no rear entrance. When I walked in there were several employees at different stations or desk. Whatever they call them. However, only one person greeted me and asked me if he could help me. Then, there were only three customers in the waiting room so I didnt understand why I couldnt find parking! I explained to him what was going on and he ask me to wait a second, hed be right back. Then he walked out of the door into the repair shop. About 3 to 5 mins later another gentleman walked up to me and said ok Im going to need your keys. I looked up and said not trying to be funny or anything but who the hell are you? The other gentleman was assisting me. He said I know he passed it on to me, I replied that he was to come right back to let me know whats going on. So he called the other gentleman over, I believe that the 1st gentleman was one of the managers. He apologized for not letting me know that he was giving it to the other guy. I was there for roughly an hour to an hour in a half. The guy came out and he said to me, nothings wrong with the breaks but it needed an oil change so I changed the oil. I said what! Who told you to do that? I said if Enterprise doesnt pay you dont come looking for me and if they bill me for it Im gonna come looking for you. They laughed and said ok. I said youll laughing but Im serious! They said youre all good so I said well thanks and youll be blessed! They replied thank you and enjoy the rest of your day. Overall a pleasant visit!

This is simply a review of the front side of service. I will come back and give full review once work is complete.My dad is a longtime Firestone customer, he uses this location regularly for he & his wifes vehicles. With that confidence, I just dropped my Explorer off a couple hours ago to have tires rotated and balanced, get the lifetime front end alignment and oil change. Set it up with Patrick who was very nice.I expect no issues, but I am a little concerned after Patrick commented they would try to get it done tonight. I dont live here, my daughters and I are hanging out at dads while the work is done. So Ill end up in a heck of a jam if I have no way to get home. Again, as of right now, I have no reason to think itll take overnight. Ill be sure to post how it all turns out! :)

Im here now, no problems Clarence the manager has been the most helpful. All of the employees are very nice and kind very helpful didnt knock me over the head with prices. I was even given an courtesy call because I made an appointment online. Clearance called to get my tire size so when I got there my tires was already pulled. I knew how much I was going to have to pay before I even went there. I wanted an alignment done on my BMW, I was told upfront that they will see if it could be done before they just charge me for it. Most knows that a BMW alignment requires sand bags and a special clip. So taking it to the dealer for that. Will rate again once my service is completely done.

Terrible costumer service I was on hold for exactly 15 minutes and 37 seconds just for them to finally come back on the phone and I was told to call back in 10 minutes. Disgusting! I never expect AMAZING costumer service but seriously not 30 minutes before I can possibly get an answer. I just wanted to know how much a used tire for my size would cost. Oh and not to mention a guy answered and said he was the only one there but then a women was the one who told me to call her back cause she was dealing with costumers.

Far from professional. I asked them for a simple vehicle inspection, to which they agreed. They kept the car well over an hour past the time that they promised, and didnt even move it into the garage! They didnt even bother to tell me that they were running behind. This will be my first and last coming here. I brought my car in about a little after 8am to get serviced (two new tires, alignment, and engine and cabin filters). I was told that it was two people in front of me and it would take about 2-3 hours. I gave it until 12 because I hadn’t heard from them. I called and another man tells me it will be another 45 minutes because they didn’t have the air filter. First off why didn’t they think to contact me to inform me knowing that worker heard me say I was going out of town. Here I am still sitting in my house at 1:40pm with still no call of them letting me know my car is ready. I have to travel to another state for my sisters graduation that I may possibly miss because the lack of communication that they provide. I will never come back here!!

I made an appointment to have a used vehicle I was thinking of purchasing inspected. When I arrived they told me that it would be a 3 hour or longer wait. I requested the address of another Firestone in riverdale ga to go have the car inspected there instead. They transferred my appointment but when I arrived there the wait time was still simpler. I ended up having to wait nearly 3 hours for a vehicle inspection. I am not sure why appointments are recommended. When you arrive before or at that time you will still have to wait for your car to be seen. This location did have a t.v. and a waiting area. I did not use the restroom so I have no comment on it. The location was packed for a Thursday afternoon so either they have great auto repair or they are just convenient due to their location on a busy strip. I would only recommended this location if you have a lot of time to spare to wait.

This is the worst service I ever had. I went here for a simple oil change they said I needed 2 tires. While putting tires on they broke the sensor. Didnt tell me until two hours later that they were waiting on part. I left around 12pm still no sensor that they broke. Came next morning at 8am no sensor. Returned at 545 no sensor and tire flat because the stem needs replaced because the guy said they are waiting to put sensor on. Dangerous I would think and this information wasnt given to me until I brought it back saying it was flat. So No I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.WILL KEEP YOU UPDATED. I came here yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. I was over 600 miles from home visiting my sister and decided to go ahead and have my car serviced before I got back on the road to return home. Im back here AGAIN today getting my tires checked because the sensor light came on showing I have very low tire pressure. Im not sure if its just a sensor or I really do have low pressure. Im worried half to death because I have to get back on the road with my daughter for a 10 hour drive. These people do not reassure you about anything. The technician stated he found a small nail in my tire. I bought the tires from my Firestone back home less than a year ago and the technician is nonchalantly saying he cant do anything. If I was here yesterday why do I have to wait three freakin hours for a tire repair!!! Im livid! Save yourself some time and frustration and not patronize this particular location. They did all of nothing yesterday! Why wasnt the tires checked yesterday?

Our vehicle broke down in Union City, still 80 miles from our destination. Received a tow to this Firestone location and found out we needed a new radiator installed. Chris, the front-of-store service rep., was extremely friendly and helpful. The mechanic worked after closing hours to get our car serviced in order for us to get home that night. We were headed out of town when our vehicle broke down at 2:30 pm on Sunday on I75 South and after calling several auto shops in the area, this was the only location in the area that was staffed and equipped to do a diagnostic on our vehicle. We were towed to their location and despite the fact they were swamped with other vehicles and closing at 5pm, they still took the time to assess what was wrong. We were not going to be able leave with our car and Shawn waited for us to Lyft to the airport and return with a rental to transfer our luggage. On top of that, we were not charged for the diagnostic AND they held our vehicle for us until the tow truck came the next day to take it back to Alpharetta, 45 miles away. I hope Shawn and his team know how much ease they brought to this mom and her family of 4. They were a Godsend on a very rough day. If you’re looking for a great repair/maintenance shop, please ask for Shawn.

Please dont waste your time or money here. Estimated wait time is a joke. I came to get a basic inspection done on a 2018 Silverado for my business and was quoted a 2hr wait time. Which was acceptable considering I did not have a appointment. I told the gentleman I would be waiting for the vehicle. This was early afternoon on a Tuesday (not a weekend day). I asked the gentleman 3hrs later how much longer. He stated they have one person certified to do inspections and he is tied up with 2 inspections right now and offers me to bring it back another day.... Your time is valuable, dont waste any of it with these clowns!

Worst customer service. No receipt no words no details what work was done on my vehicle after another location failed in fixing my tire and it blew. They never called to tell me my vehicle was ready like they promised to. They did not evaluate my rim after doing 75 when the tire blew, they they fixed at another location. Went to first location after I was told reciept was being sent there. No documentation of my vehicle, the work, or inspection. Been 3 weeks and still no response still no one can tell me what they did,back up their work, or furnish a reciept vaild to show my employer after missed days of work due to improper matainence

This is one of the worse Auto places I have ever been too. I went in the first time for just a simple oil change. I did not know it was gonna take them 4 hours... Yes 4 hours for a ten min oil change at a $50 price tag. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking it was because they were backed up, blah blah, and went back to get my brakes fixed. BIG MISTAKE. I got there at 8 a.m. I did not leave until almost 4 p.m. Though I am not a professional car person, I do know that it doesnt take almost 8 hours to do brakes. And heres the kicker... my brakes have been squeaking ever since. They had employees standing around not doing anything. They were taking breaks to eat pizza. What REALLY got me..( I know.. what more), was the day I first went to get my brakes done they claim that the inspector came in and shut down 4 of their lifts so they could only work on 4. So of course they were backed up so I agreed to come back the next day. How bout when I came back the next day, those same 4 lifts that the inspector supposedly shut down were miracously up and running again. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. If you dont mind waiting for hours on end and paying for over priced parts/labor, non-working/dont know what they are doing employees, then this is the place for you.

Service was very slow and nonchalent. 3 customers walked in after us (as a walk in, just like us) and were in and out in 30 minutes. We waited 2 hours for a plug that took 10 minutes to repair. Half way into the waiting, my husband inquired about the wait and all 6 techs were on lunch break. As the tech was putting the spare tire back under the car, he asked my husband to do it for him. If I lived here in Union City, this would NOT be my tire service place of choice.

Im at the 4599 Jonesboro Rd.FIRESTONE in UNION CITY. GA-- zero star is what I would give this location.They do not even deserve one star!I have never walked into establishments so filthy Thisplace is an disgrace for any corporation BridgestoneIm thankful I saw a gentleman that had given me excellent customer service at another location, Mr Bernard White. Mr White, assured me that my car would get the best quality Care.I was told that my air filters would be changed and they had the filters in stock. They started the oil change and realize they did not have the Filters in stock and could not get them. NO Surprise because there is NO Organization at this location. Its obvious they would not know whats in stock at the Union City Firestone location.All I could think .... if this place is this filthy and Unorganized... how could they care about my vehicle. Papers all over the workstations. NO WATER nasty coffee machine. The vacuum cleaner is sitting beside the coffee machine with the cord all losses on floor as if someone was going to vacuum and forgot. Establishments are required to have water. I hope the Bridgestone Corp. reads this. Consumers beware.I definitely would have left if it hadnt seen Mr. Bernard White you want to know that someone cares about your vehicle when work is being done. Mr White is the only one working front office there are 5 in line and the phones are ringing off the hook. I didnt get up-set when he answered the telephone in the process of assisting me. I guess he just got tired of hearing the phones ring, I certainly did. Mr. White is about customer service. I tried to upload pictures so you all can see this hot mess over here. Juice bottle, a gallon container... potato chips you name it, you would think it was somebodys kitchen counter top and their parents have been out of town all week on the counter when the customers come in this place.YJ 12/17/18

I was disappointed because I was promise, that my car would be ready for pick-up at 12:00 pm. I know situation happen, I get this but to be told, as a customer, by a representative, that I have entrusted, my vehicle with that-If I didn’t write up a work order and it was not put in my hands, I cannot guarantee, that it will be handle accordingly. This clearly signal, that there is a communication problem, among the employees.My response, to this employee, was this. The minute, he accepted my keys and allowed my vehicle to be stored on his premises, he bare ownership and responsibility period.
