Well, Im adding to my review. Im really happy nothing happened to my car, because Jiffy Lube (David B) Luxor Customer Care want me to go to the dealership for an estimate and they only want to pay for a dipstick that I can replace myself. They wont reimbursement for the oil change due to they said it was done correctly. The oil came out all over my car. Thats a joke. See 8/25/2021 and 8/26/2021 email correspondence below.1. They didnt open on time. I was preparing to travel to TN so I want there to get an oils change before getting on the highway. Well, no problems on the road. When I came back I take my car to the dealership which that where Ive only taken my car. Went to the dealership for alignment and new tires. Well, the tech says you have a very bad oil leak....I said no I dont and never had one. I take my car to Jiffy Lube because you all was not open. So, maybe they didnt tighten something. Oil was all over my motor and under the car front to back really really bad. The dealership cleaned the oil off my car. The picture does really show how bad it was. I paid $101.00 for oil I didnt have in my car. Thank God it didnt affect anything else. Well come to find out Jiffy Lube tech didnt put the dip stick completely back in and it was turned backwards. With all of this being said....always double check ✅. Thank God again that it didnt affect anything else and I was able to make it home with no problems.

Fairly quick service, however every time I get my oiled changed I have to reset the oil life myself which is frustrating, this is apart of the service I pay for. This happens every time. Customer service is almost nonexistent. Left extremely deterred. This establishment would not accept my DD214 paperwork proving my military service because “people use their fathers IDs all the time.” A quick confirmation of my name from my state license would have proven my time and service.Way to thank the troops Jiffy Lube. Will not be back .

I went there to dispose of oil that I had changed from my vehicle. The young lady there thought this was unprecedented. I had been doing this for years (bring them my recycled oil). Apparently, she was new. The man there assisted me in accepting the oil for recycling. Recycling is important and property disposing of it is important too.

They were real professional..They were quick and I would recommend anybody to go see them.. When your in Union City, Ga..

They told me they dont do steering/suspension when it clearly notes that as one of their services i called before coming to avoid wasting gas but could not get no answer so i just trusted maybe the steering/suspension was indeed part of what they do but i was wrong

Upon arrival I was quickly attended to which was great and everyone was wearing masks. All the service costs were shared with me in advance and the people took good care of me while waiting. It took about 10mins to get my oil change. For future oil changes, I will be back!

They charge me 50 dollars for a oil change and I had my own oil...

My vehicle would not start and I was at the Kroger gas station right across from the Jiffy Lube. I walked over and spoke to the manager Q. She had one of the technicians come and give me a jump and I was able to drive over and they replaced the battery. Quick service and very professional..

Slow did not know how to operate a business

I get a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change every year for the past 5 years (at least). This is the 2nd year Ive been to this location, and very happy with the service I receive. Its probably a good 3-5 miles more from my house than the previous location that did me wrong, so worth the extra miles.

Awesome customer service and the cashier even went out her way . She applied a coupon to save me twenty dollars. Awesome place and very professional.

$120.00 for a oil change. Went next door to Take 5 and paid $64.00 for the same brand oil and same oil change. Smh.. I see why they didnt have customers

Great Customer service

11/17/20: This the most unprofessional staff I have ever had to spend money with at any Jiffy Lube! The rude and unprofessional lady with braids/twist (Q) greets you with attitude at entry! This lady should be trained with in customer courtesy! The technicians are just as worse. I’m livid that the Honda dealership couldn’t service my oil change today so I spent an additional $30 going to Jiffy Lube! The tech didn’t even reset my oil light. Never Ever Again!

I came too this place for an oil change my oil pan bolt was stripped out & nobody wanted to help resolve the situation they said it was already like that & I had to get a new oil pan in order for my problem to be solved i have owed my car 10 years well maintenance & never not once came into a problem like this I’ll never give this place my business again HORRIBLE

I strongly would not recommend this place. The manager has a great attitude however the assistant manager not so much. The assistant is extremely condescending to customers and service techs. Service is performed by untrained staff.. Be very cautious that they do not overfill your oil, which can cause damage to your vehicle.

This place charges double what the other places charge (including the dealer) for a Volvo XC90. Beware of this. The gentlemen with the Gold teeth was extremely rude when we decided to go elsewhere bec the price was cut by half. BEWARE OF PRICE HIKING AT THIS PLACE!!!

Such a great experience here!! Took my 2014 Jeep in for an oil change only for the staff to find that I needed a new oil plug. They went out of their way to contact the dealership down the street for the part and gave a great price for all the work I needed to have completed. They moved quickly, explained everything well, and were fair in their price. Cant recommend enough!

They are very upfront and told me everything I knew my car needed, nothing less. They are very considerate of pricing which is great on my pockets. I was recently there getting a oil change and brake fluid flush at store 892. The staff was knowledgeable about the services. The wait time was quick. The prices are reasonable for working individuals. I would recommend getting your car serviced here. They have a lifelong customer in me 🥳

Came in for oil change and they found a couple of other legitimate things that needed to be addressed. The prices were reasonable and the service was quick. Every person I met there was knowledgeable and very nice.

I visited this Jiffy Lube on the 21st of December. It was extremely last minute and it was a new car so I wasnt sure what kind of oil I needed to get. Kevin W. explained everything and allowed me to find the coupon that I lost between driving there and getting out of the car. The were extremely swift and I was in and out in no time at all!

This was my first time coming to Jiffy Lube and I must say I was very impressed. I came for an oil change which was very affordable. They answered all my question with a smile and I had a lot of them. It only took about 10 min and usually im waiting 40 min anywhere else. So I strongly recommend Jiffy Lube in Union City for all!! The store manager had terrible customer service and his tone was aggressive. He stated that he wouldn’t do my car because it had smoke coming out of it. He was very rude and arrogant instead of being helpful. I would recommend doing business and service somewhere else where you’re appreciated as a validated customer.

They are great. I usually go to Walmart to get my oil changed, but that department is closed now due to the virus. So I had to have my oil changed, I tried jiffy lubes. I will use them from now on.

The staff was professional and courteous. They applied to my bill a discount that I didnt have a coupon for. The store wasnt that tidy. They were also out of coffee. But the store temp was accommodating on such a scorching hot day.

Got there at opening time, the manager was very nice but none of the technicians showed up. I tried waiting but ended up just going to another location where I was serviced immediately.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today. Everyone was extremely efficient and professional. My typical oil change experiences have included “hard sells” on “upgrades,” that I don’t necessarily want or need. Dwayne, Kevin, and Rico all did a great job of pointing out things that could be done to improve the efficiency and maintenance regimen of my vehicle, but did not make me feel like I was being pressured to do any of the suggested upgrades.

I appreciated the Customer service, then verification of services requested, then to intake & service execution ... all was Quick & Classy !! ✊🏾👌🏾😃.(Backstory: Do to lack of inventory I visited two locations within the 45 mins prior that sat morning.. I sooo was thankful for how the third ended up. 🖤)

Came here for my very first oil change on a 2017 Honda Civic. The pins weren’t put back in, I noticed later that day because I could hear something scraping as I took a short drive. Long story short, here we are two days later driving back to Jiffy Lube because once I made it over 55mph I could hear it flapping in the wind and scraping the road. Thank God they were able to fix it. Just check your stuff after it’s completed and report it the same day if you think something is wrong.

Customer service like this is few and far between! Caring, friendly, and professional! They definitely deserve this 5 star rating! They earned a new Customer today. After they kindly corrected an error that another Jiffy Lube made, which was out of their region. I highly recommend Duane and his employees!

The waiting room was dirty, the floor was covered in ants, the restroom looked as if it hadnt been cleaned on hours. I went with a friend and told them I would not bring my car here. They could do alot better with customer service and communication.

I ordered my tires to be shipped to this location. I received an email and text say that they were delivered and to contact Jiffy lube to have tires put on. I called around 9a. Not once but 5 times. I finally reached someone. Everyone is going through something and including COVID 19, but we should be still courteous to one another. The young lady on the other end was very unfriendly and unprofessional. I said morning and introduced myself and what i was calling about. She stated she was not in yesterday and she doesnt know anything about some tires being brought in. I was like ok. She didnt offer to put me on hold to look or say ler me call you back and check. So I called the company that I bought the tires from. The agent was very helpful and verified that the tires were there. However he got the same type attitude from the same young lady. I advised the shipper to have my tires shipped to Peachtree city. Hopefully they will want my business and be more friendly and professional, then this location. I wont do business nor promote this location at all.

Very Clean environment. Sharad was very helpful in explaining what brand oil they had and what would be best for my car due to me having high mileage. Kyle was very helpful in regards to letting me know the estimation for the each oil product and Kevin serviced my car he allowed me to know about my air filter, tires, etc. The overall visit was great they had exceptional customer service.

This place has horrible customer service. I asked for front brake pads and an oil change and they told me it was going to be $850. Wow! Really! For pads and an oil change! 5 minutes later they said they called the owner and said they could do it for $150. I said thats reasonable. Lets get it done. Then they tell me i just have to walk 2 blocks over to the auto store to purchase the brakes so they can put them on. So its actually not $150, its over $200. I can definitely tell why there was no one in the lot when every other auto shop on the street is completely booked. I would stay far away from this place!

This jiffy lube has gone down hill, guess they under new management but the service has definitely changed. The guy never walked over to the car to ask what we needed, instead to waved my mother over to another lane and when we just got out he still never got up instead he just say I was telling you to pull into thus lane, but its fine Ill do it our experience from pulling in to leaving was just horrible

Some young people. 😱. Had to turn around and get a sticker indicating that my oil was changed and when is the suggested next oil and lube. Really? Decent help is hard to find. The young man was very non-chalant.😎. Originally there was another young man that was extremely kind and engaging. 😁. Just make sure you check before You drive off. The first Young Man was not there when my negative experience was happening. He drove up after the fact. Eye chose not to mention it. Just make sure youre satisfied beforehand. 🙋🌴.
