I was greeted by Mike in a spacious area with great social distancing. I expected to wait quiet a while but Mike was able to take my equipment and provide a receipt.Shortly after I came in a lady needed a replacement remote and he was able to provide a new one and recycle the old one was my receipt was printing. Other competitors you’d be stuck calling into CARE or waiting for one to be shipped.My experience chatting, over the phone, and in store with Xfinity/Comcast has been awesome.
Great service today.... Quick and easy but not always so quick or easy when there is a long line. I recommend if there is a long line try again at another time
After waiting for over 25 minutes and my name never being called, I left the store and did not buy a brand new phone as I intended. I can only assume those making operational decisions are incompetent and fail to staff the required number of employees to handle their customers. If they put as much effort into proper staffing as they do making the inside look super modern and swanky, they might actually know how to run their store.
No complaints. Its like a clinic-at the front desk, they greet you, you tell them why youre there, they check you in, then you have a seat until someone calls you. Short, sweet, to the point. No mask, no entry. Last time I was there, all I needed was a splitter and receptionist just gave me one, no waiting.
I am giving the three stars because of the company itself. Constantly and regularly raising prices. Dividing channels into separate packages to have to buy into a higher priced plan if you want the channels that should all be together. And then when told you get a specific amount of channels, well, that is not true. I could go on.But, if I could give a rating for your customer service people, I would give all five stars to“Jesus Rodriguez”. As I listened to him helping customers, he was polite, understanding, very knowledgeable and never talked down to anyone. I was prepared for a confrontation but, it never happened. He got me a better price point on my service’s. I walk away satisfied with my encounter with him.I don’t understand why this company doesn’t review their customers records, to re-package for better pricing. Your competitors are not that far away.

I felt like the representative was more interested in policing the position of my mask than trying to help me solve the phone app problem.It is possible to be gracious and accommodating while enforcing the mask rules.Perhaps... if I was there to buy a new phone, for which they get a commission, I might have been treated differently. Ya think?In addition, I wouldnt consider changing my phone carrier to Xfinity based on the service that I received from the rep today.Its all about attitude. There are so very few service providers who are genuinely gracious and helpful.

The Xfinity store at Union City has poor service. I need to wait more than 25 minutes when there has no any customer at all. Also, the manage answer my question not police... I hope the store has better good service.
I dont like this place but if I was working customer service dealing with multiple cultures I would try my best to be myself and let my good abilities come out naturally. Dont fake ! It dont cost 1 cent to be nice to people that dont look or speak the same language here in the USA where English is the ONLY language thats should be spoken. Because I was paying my cable bill only, I was allowed in the store right away. A kind and generous employee heard my dismay at having to use some kind of computer machine to pay. He took right over, stood as close as allowed and patiently, very patiently, helped me make the payment! What a great experience! I wish I had his name. Thank you young man! Outstanding service!
I had been Comcast’s long term customer and I leased their modem. Early 2021, I constantly experienced internet connection. After struggling for a couple of weeks, I consulted with my friend. My friend said the issue might be caused by the modem; besides that he advised me not to use Comcast’s modem, because their modems are just the same as what we can buy everywhere, except the prices are higher. Based on his suggestion, I returned the modem to the Union City Comcast office.The Comcast staff that handled my equipment return asked me why I wanted to return the modem, I told him the fact – Comcast’s modem is expensive and not working well. He said OK, and took the modem back.Before I left the office, I thought of one thing that has been bothering me for a while. Over the years, every time I saw a Comcast/Xfinity ad, I always saw deals with TV and internet bundled together. I then asked him that since I have not watch any TV for the past 10 years, can I stop subscribing to the TV service. He was displeased hearing my request. He questioned me why I did not make the request at the beginning. I told him I was sorry, but I did not think of terminating the TV service earlier. Regardless of his anger, he canceled the TV service for me.A few weeks later, it was time to pay Comcast bills again. I thought since I already stopped leasing the modem and subscribing to the TV service, the bill would be substantially lower. Surprisingly, that was not the case. After digging into the bill details, I found my internet bandwidth was upgraded from 100 MBPS to 400 MBPS on the same day I visited Comcast Union City office.I can understand Comcast’s staff was upset with my stop service order, but I cannot tolerate the fact that their staff changed my service without informing me. Their dishonesty has truly hurt the trust that the customers have given them. Last week another service provider came and installed the internet service. I am glad I do not have to deal with Comcast anymore.

I was in the Union City store 1/9/2021 making a cash payment via the kiosk machine when the machine errored out stating it was not able to process my payment. The kiosk directed me to see a representative which I did. Was told that a payment hadn’t been processed and the manager would have to contact me when the store closes once they close out the machine. 30 minutes later I receive a call from the assistant manager saying that the machine balanced out, the only payment made against my account was the payment I made via credit card. I informed him that, that payment wasn’t the issue, it was the kiosk payment and he was merely looking at my account telling me that I additional funds were not posted to my account. Needless to say, AFTER I GET MY money back the kiosk stole from me, I am canceling my service! I have given Xfinity way too many chances as their prices continue to rise to always have beyond poor customer service! THIS LAST STRAW!!!

I changed internet provider from att to xfinity, this store give me a defective device where every two days I have to restart to have better connection.
Unfortunately, a terrible experience all around. Unprofessional, not responsive to customer needs, didnt communicate that my reserved equipment was out-of-stock after having driven far to pick it up. I do not recommend this branch, or frankly, Xfinity, at all for their services.

If your coming here for customer service please turn around and go to a different location. From the door We were not well received, as an essential worker for the elderly taking my client out to pay there bill who is 80years old. We couldn’t even get a seat not to mention they are using a chair out side to block the door. So it’s still a chair if we can’t use it find the best way to service your customers. We don’t need to feel unwelcome . Eric the manager finally figured it out so I’m glad . Thank you for noticing . Remove the young guy at the front door he is not well experienced on how to respond to situations outside of the norm. Comcast is a huge monopoly be kind to the people who pay you to keep your job. We are called customers for a reason.
The purpose of my trip was to exchange equipment and clarify some unanswered questions. Gino was very informative and even provided some solutions to my concerns. He took the time to reassure me that my concerns would be taken care of if not addressed at the given time.

This review is for their corporate technical service. They suck! You might as well talk to your dog about technical support for their equipment you would get a better answer than you would from the humans or their computer gate keeper than never lets you talk to a human. If they were my employees I would fire all of them. I would suspend the CEO until he gets his head out of his back end.
Worst service ever, I was told by customer service to return my TV box to either UPS store or any Xfinity store near me. It happen this one is close by even I have multiple UPS stores closer to my house. So I thought why not just return to the store and it should be simpler than UPS store. It turns out BIG mistake. they now have cell service, so the store now pack as ATT and Apple stores. and I have wait for over 20 mins just to return my TV box when I do NOT need any service. when stated that I dont need service and just need to return the box, the Service rep in the store even go as far as to say that I should have go to UPS store instead. Man what a service.

I paid for an upgrade service and had an appointment for technician to do an upgrade install. The technician call s me 72 minutes after the scheduled appointment to say she was canceling for 2 weeks since she didnt have the tools or equipment I purchased. Xfinity SUCKS

Just $12 for data (per gb) no line access fees just 12 bucks! I never use more than $12 worth of data and Im on my phone a lot. Xfinity hotspots everywhere so hurray for the $12 monthly cell bill. Great customer service too.
I came in this office in Union City today with my wife Remy Sullera about our alarm system and monthly billing. Mr Harman Kumar helped us and smoothly dealt our issues. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with his duties. We have been a costumer for more than 10 years now and good customer service is the key for customer satisfaction. You have a good staff including the security guy that day.

Best to make an appointment, I was in and out quickly. Everyone was super friendly and was able to answer questions and replace my old equipment with no problems.
So we bought into the sales pitch and signed up. Second day no tv. Customer service says they can have a technician come out Tuesday, it was Friday. Raised a stink, threatened to cancel service got escalated. Next rep set it up for Saturday afternoon. Cat shows up, gets it working but in his own words its not right. Seriously, 5 years with Direct TV not a problem. Switched for the high speed hype, which was simply that.
This rating is not for corporate which clearly receives a zero. This is for the amazing service that I received at thos store. Stephanie has assisted me each time with the service belonging at a 3 star Michelin restaurant. The nice people here always great you nicely and make you feel at home. Too bad comcast the company is trash. At least they provide you with the best ins store experience. I hope the next time I come in Stephanie is the manager as she is a perfect example of a wonderful customer service experience. Thank you!

Just wanted to give a big shout-out about our experience this last Wednesday. I made an appt. online that day to pick up a new modem and arrived on time. I checked in at the front desk and about 10 minutes later, Daisy came over to help us. I told her I was there to pick up a new modem and remote (I did call the Xfinity phone number ahead of time and found out they can check inventory at each store and they told me that Union City had inventory). She got us in and out of there in about 5 minutes, was very friendly and knows what Customer Service is about!
The store manager Eric Cruz is a big liar !!! He has no ideas about how equipment work and yet making up lie and providing false information is his best talent !!!
The customer service representative I spoke to today was extremely rude and dismissive, and was not willing to help me at all. She was at the desk down the hall from the entrance of the store, to the right. I was at the store to return my modem router since I had bought my own, and also wanted to speak to someone about changing my plan. I got ZERO help from the lady I spoke to at the store, but got the best service for the same questions when I got back home, and spoke to someone online.
Pathetic. Horribly Understaffed. Nobodys in any hurry for anything. Prepare to spend hours waiting. Corp spent all the money on the store and they dont hire anybody who can do anything at any pace anybody could possibly need .
I was having some trouble with my Starz Chane. The 2 workers that helped me did everything in there power to resolve the situation. there was nothing they can do for me because the situation is do to a contrary that Starz has with comcast. Will see what happens. It will be very sad to see Starz go . They have so many good movies. Thank you guys for all of your help, you are very excel workers.
