I had a really cracked screen on an unusual phone. I called Jay to see if he could fix it, and he said hed take a look. The screen had to be ordered in, so I put down a small deposit for it. There are a billion models and variations of this phone, so the screen didnt quite fit. But Jay let me decide whether to get another screen for it. I think most people would not have minded the small gap, but I was fine waiting for the perfect size screen. Got the right screen a little later and the phone is working good as new. I even got a screen protector! Will definitely use Wintech for any future tech needs.

Wonderful laptop repair shop. My laptop fell and its top-bottom covers were cracked and to save the screen and motherboard I had to unscrew all of it. So the entire assembly was “disassembled“ and it looked beyond repair with the screen coming off.Seeing pieces of my laptop, I was dreading having to purchase a new laptop. Unfortunately I completed cracked my Pixel 3XL screen completely and was out of insurance. I reached out to the owner Jay for a quote who responded with a reasonable amount within 10 minutes. I talked to him on the phone and we set up a date to fix the phone. The parts arrived on time and he changed the screen completely in just over an hour. He was extremely professional and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. I will definitely recommend.

I hate to write a one star review, but I really want to help others by writing my story.My huaband went for a screen replacement of his i-phone 10, front and back, costed him 140$. but on returning home we realized his face Id was not working.I have a toddler in the house, who broke the phone screen again. so after about a week we went back to the store and also mentioned to them that face id wasnt working.The brown guy Jay who works in the repairs apparently kept saying that face ID was unrelated to screen repair and that we should visit Apple store.we were not convinced. So went to another store on 19th st n bergneline avenue in Union city. and they changed the screen and my face Id is working again.Its a shame they are still in business. Go here if you want to waste your money. I wish the Jay just accepted his mistake and helped us sort the issue instead of just trying to make money.

Poor quality replacement of my iphone X screen. The face ID stopped working and I came back to their shop. They refused to accept that the issue was with screen and kept insisting I have to go to Apple. Gues what I just got the screen replaced with another shop and the face ID is working again.Update: The owner responded to this review and to avoid misleading someone reading their response I thought a clarification is deserved: Within a week of replacing the screen I called them to mention the issue of face Id not working. Then I went back tothem and by then my screen was already damaged which is not their fault. But the face id not working is clearly their fault. The owner failed to address the issue of face id not working in their response.

Cracked the screen and bent the body on my iphone 6s. they were able to fix it in 30 min. I discovered later that one of the volume keys was stuck due to the body bending, bought it back and they spend nearly 30 minute and fix that issue too with no charge. definitely recommended
