The one stop shop for all your party needs. I love going there for party ideas. Plenty of matching themes too. The team is fun and we always laugh with them. It’s a great place to shop and do much better than online!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a pleasant worker named Rebecca. She helped me put everything together that I needed and was so happy to do so. She gave the best customer service I have ever received.

A great place to by your party supplies and decorations for almost every holiday. The downside is it can be a bit pricey and the staff always seems very distracted with one another and they dont seem to have much knowledge about the products they carry and tend to say things are seasonal but parties are any season so that doesnt make sense. I do like the little party favor selection and the different types of candy. Halloween is a busy time for them and they carry a huge range of costumes and accessories.

This quaint candy shop is such a happy place :) They really have almost whatever your heart desires. This is home sweet home for sweet-toothers. Cash only!

My sister purchased foil balloons from the Vallejo party city store since it was closer her office, but wanted to fill them up at the local store which is stated under their balloon policy on their corporate website. The cashier working at the front stated that party city’s new policy did not allow this since there was a shortage on helium. Ended up having to purchase new balloons, and they did not have the same product.Also I saw lines of helium tanks, at least 20-30 laying around by the front counter so not sure what a shortage would be considered as.

IT IS CLOSING AUGUST 29TH 2020. SO IF YOU WANT OR NEED PARTY GOODS OR COSTUMES THEY ARE 80-90% OFF RIGHT NOW. SAD TO SEE THIS PLACE GO MANY LIKE IT MAY NOT MAKE IT. I HAVE TO GET MY BALLOONS & SPECIALTIES A LITTLE FURTHER OUT NOW.

The store has a lot of options and it is well organized. However, their customer service is terrible. It is always a line and the cashiers seem to take forever with each sale. Also, there is no changing rooms where one can try costumes and the bathrooms are super dirty.

You can get anything for a party or to create what you want. I love the stuff they have and the pinatas they have for all occasions.

They were extremely busy on New Years Eve and only had a few cashiers. But we all need those last minute items that you can only get there. Worth the wait.

This location was having a closing sale when I last stopped by. Might not be there anymore.

Went here for some Birthday Balloons, dam near infinite selection. Until you ask for one of the items shown and they are out of that, that and that.lol But we made it work and they made it happen!!

I loved being in this store even if it was small and i was only in there for a few minutes but they handled their rush of customers very well and the employees were very happy and calm under all the pressure.

Super poor customer services. I was not able to find Super Mario decorations. I asked the lady who was in the front and she said there were none so I checked the entire store and I found some. I asked for candy bags and the lady said there is some on the back instead of taking me there she was texting on her phone!!!I love this store, and I felt so disappointed with the customer services. Customer services should improve.

They have a large variety of merchandise for any type of celebration. Unfortunately this store is closing, almost everything is on sale

I when today April 2,2019 around 6 pmI was looking for unicorn theme for my daughters birthday I got what I was looking for but when I was about to paid the lady on the register told me for this ballon we don’t have helium i said I don’t need it for today is for Sunday the 14th and she call her manager or don’t know who to ask are we taking any order for ballon and the co worker answer no we are not . Which is rare because I had always go to this same location do ballon order with ahead of time and totally fine with me to cancel almost 75$ just in ballon. I hope the manager can order helium by knowing that what this store is about !

They have a good amount of party goods, but it is often times overpriced and there is always long lines.
