I normally forget to write reviews for companies but I haddddddd to come on here and say something. The staff here was amazing ! I had a last minute issue and needed 2 graduation gowns immediately & there was no place in NYC that I could walk into and obtain one due to covid. Everywhere else was doing deliveries only which was inconvenient for me. I called and explained my situation. Traffic was going to put me at the location close to when It closed. The staff stayed as long as they could as they had another obligation but was in communication with me. I was able to make payment over the phone and they placed the item where I would be able to retrieve It although the gates were down and sent a photo to my phone. I came and the item was where they said It would be, with the receipt, properly packaged and was exactly what I wanted. I literally could cry! YOU GUYS WERE LIFE SAVERS ! Thank you thank you thank youuuuuuu!!!!!!

Zolnier has great customer service! When we discovered last minute (2 days before graduation!) that one of our 70+ gowns hadnt been delivered months earlier, they came out to our school to drop one off. They actually gave us two gowns, as I wasnt sure exactly what size we needed. They are clearly a family oriented business, and my school has been doing business with them for a long time for just this reason!
