I am a loyal customer of Bambu for more than a year already. Been saving my points to get free drinks. Cheap also, I was just paying $4.50- $5 each drink but the quality and taste are so so so great, even the aroma. Always purchasing milktea and Mango Dazzle. However last month when I purchased, I noticed my points were gone and mentioned it to the staff (looks like the owner herself). She just said, I dont know what happen. I asked how can I redeem it back? She just smiled and said again I dont know why like thatAnd then today, I purchased again. They increased price and no free toppings anymore :( (sad) It used to be 2-3 free kinds of toppings but now .50c each kind. I paid $14 for 2 drinks today :( Both are tasteless. Even my husband noticed it and didnt finished his drinks :( He used to finished the drinks all the way to the bottom and toppings (Attached image for the left over drinks).Hope the taste will be back just like last time and the promos or deals or maybe even the loyalty points :(

Super nice good coffee. I got a blended mocha and they even put the whipped cream on the side for my pup. I will definately stop by again if Im in the area.

I had a red bean smoothie with pearls. I wanted egg pudding too but they were out. Even without the pudding, it tasted great. They also have che (number 5 with avocado seems to be really popular that day), vietnamese coffee and teas, and some daily specials.

Slow service. Still no comfort room.

Great drinks and great prices. Customer service needs improvement but the drinks made up for it.

Drinks are gooood and reasonably priced! Menu has been revamped and their menu board effectively entices you to buy more drinks 😉

#5 Avocado seems to be a favorite Im told by others. My drink was good. Ill try other options again during next visit

Terrible customer service. I go here often and they suddenly raised the price of #3 by $1. (Probably due to the low amount of customers caused by COVID) I asked Duyen, who’s name you can see in the picture of my receipt, if she charged me incorrectly. She said it’s 5.35 per drink. I attempted to confirm if it was the correct item she entered and she was very rude and restated 5.35 per drink. She didn’t even tell me they raised the price. I paid my $20 and she didn’t want to give me my change back! I had to stop her and tell her that I needed my change.Then I saw another worker, a guy, and figured I’d ask him just to confirm that the price was increased. Before he could respond, Duyen called him to the back, speaking Vietnamese, told her coworker not to listen to me because I’m not happy with the price. Unfortunately for Duyen I speak Vietnamese and understand what she said.I just wanted to confirm that the price was increased and I was ordering the correct item. Then you tell your coworker to ignore me?

5 star oreo frappuccino with strawberry jelly

Good but I miss the worker that always has a smile on her face. I wanted to be friends with her. Idk why but, now that girl avoids taking my order and giving me my drink after I said she was so nice...guess I was wrong.

We have a Bambu back in Vegas and I love their Che drinks. This Union City location knocked it out as well.Bambu Service & Ambiance: This is a small mom & pop sized dessert joint that can maybe seat 30 people. The staff was great with getting our 4 drinks out pretty quickly with a smile.Bambo Che drinks: From their website..Chè is a Vietnamese word for home-made beverages, dessert drinks and puddings. Our Chè is made to order using freshly cut coconut water or daily prepared coconut milk combined with select exotic, healthy and delicious ingredients. My go to Che drink is the #10 Bambu favorite/Hat Luu Suong Sao Bahn Lot : Red Tapioca, grass jelly, pandan jelly, and coconut milk. Shaved ice proportion was perfect with the ingredients. The ingredients were fresh which helped enhanced the taste of the drinks here.These are refreshing and actually filling iced dessert drinks on a hot summer day. I love how the drinks are not too sweet and the quality of ingredients is what makes these drinks to tasty. Enjoy!

In the other location they are upgrading everything even the No. 5 except in this location. I can’t get enough of their drinks and this is the only location now that I can go too.

Good drinks, not too sweet; however, not as flavorful as I would have liked. I got the number 6. Also, they charge you a fee if you spend less than $10 on a credit card. Who carries cash anymore?
