Terrible customer service! Drink was okay not the best not the worst.. I will never understand why people work the customer service field if they do NOT like it!

If you were to visit any Mr Green in the area, Id recommend this branch instead the one to the southeast

Ordered a half sugar milk tea and it tasted like a milk tea with an extra cup of milk or water to reduce the sweetness. Also the tapioca pearls were old so when I chewed it, it just stuck to my teeth like old gum mixed with peanut butter. That went into the trash. The only reason its a 2 star is because the mango boba tea was okay. That was worth a 3 star. Not amazing but enough to give this place better than 1 star

Great popcorn chicken and the drinks are decent. The prices are decent and the staff are nice. Definitely get the spicy version of the popcorn chicken, one of the best in the area.

Looks cleans and impressed with service. Able to come next time also. Its very close to my home. For extra bobba they added half cup of bobbas.they also deliver it. The point system is good. For every visit you get 5 points . For every 20 points you will one regular drink.

Got a Taro Lover smoothie. Zero flavor, literally none. Also a powdery after taste. Dont bother.

I went there earlier today in search of wifi, i asked them if i could have the guest wifi password and they refused saying i had to be a paying customer. i told them thats fine, ill buy something id just like to test the wifi speed because i would be sitting in my car quite a bit of distance away. The lady working there proceeded to talk to the other workers there in a different language. They then proceeded to laugh very loudly and with a very rude look she told me they had forgotten the wifi password. I felt very disrespected they couldve just told me No in the beginning. They were very disrespectful and I will not be going there again.

Affordable and sweet decent boba place in South Bay area. I am a strawberry and watermelon slushky lover. And they automatically mix both those flavors.

I really like this place. But today I ordered 5 milk tea and one of the milk tea is not even sealed, leaks all over my car and waste all the food. You guys need to do a better job. Also don’t Throw food to the customer, it’s rude.

This was my go to boba place close to my house from my sophomore to junior year of high school. I spent many hours studying here and made so many great memories!

I didn’t even order anything to drink cause I caught the employees in a lie on the price on the window versus the price it’s online. They say online orders only. They’re not busy enough to do online orders only. They don’t even have their own app. So they’re making an extra $.80 or more because they force you to order through door dash or similar app. I hope everybody takes this serious and goes to tapioca express instead were they actually let you walk into the store.

My go to location for milk tea. However, the covid setup is a bit disappointing. Online ordering and pickup only. Problem is, everyone crowds around the shop outside not knowing when their food and drinks are ready. Theres no line or checkin process so you just check with the staff. A bit confusing.

Loved this place. they have amazing spicy fried snacks and drinks at very very affordable price. They have board games to play while you eat. self service. good place to go for college students. absolutely loved this place. ordered fried chicken and chicken steak and fried tofu, we loved everything that we ordered, no regrets!

They have an amazing popcorn chicken. Service is fast and the taste is decent.Edit 2019: some of their staff became rather rude. Milk tea and popcorn chicken are still tasty, too bad few staff can ruin the experience. Go to happy lemon which is within 2 minutes of walk.

Great for takeout/delivery! Their boba is good, and their bowls are also delicious. I especially like the unagi bowl and pork bowl.

Just like the other Mr. Green Bubbles. The larger seating area is next door and is the size of the main area. They have a large and well maintained selection of games. I tried the hopia looking thing with ube and it was okay. Id rather have hopia.

The place is clean and modern with board games and cards making this place really nice to hang out with friends or to catch up with one. As for their drinks, at $2.95 for a 16oz drink, its a pretty average price, but i cant say for their snacks for $5.95 for their popcorn chicken, with other deep fried snacks around the same price range. Overall, its a pretty nice place to hang back and relax

Great tea thats not made from cheap powders like some of the other popular local spots. If you actually appreciate the flavor of the tea in your boba tea drinks and arent just looking for some sugary flavored milk water then this spot cant be beat. Now its even better after the remodel.

Have been going here quite frequently in the last 2 months or so. New favorite 🤗!! Main reason why I come here is because its a good location and nearby my house, and they offer soy milk aswell as dairy free to change for your drink! I didnt know it was possible before I found this place 😀. Makes it easy to stay vegan with a good milk tea spot 😋😍.

Absolutely in love with the oreo milk tea. Their Star Rewards program is worth it. Wifi isnt slow, great for studying with headphones on. Food is great! Service is always courteous and prompt when serving.

BEST TEA IN UNION CITY!!!! In a sea of Boba places and tea houses it can be extremely hard to find a good one. This is one of those good ones! The food here is actually good and made fresh. Nothing Ive had so far is just microwaved or premade like so many other boba places. The tea here is just amazing, some of the freshest and strongest tea Ive had in a while. Prices are on par with all the other tea places. Although that is amazing here because you really arent paying more for such a huge jump in quality! -they also have milk substitutes like almond and soy milk!!-

I found the staff to be focused and the excellent quality boba and slushies were perfect every time. Ill be back.

Staff is not really friendly. I go there once in a while for taro milk that my daughter likes and other bubble tea stores in the area don’t offer.

Best popcorn chicken and fried tofu we ever had. Good taste and portions. Drinks are always a hit or miss but the second drink deal on the receipt is worth another drink. Can get crowded and seating is limited.

I come here almost every day, and I NEVER get sick of it! Its so good whether it comes to the food or drinks! I dedinitely reccommend it!

Its just like the other boba places except they have options that allow you to be infinitely more healthy but still tastes great! You can even get real tea leaves instead of tea flavored syrup. And they have decaf choices as well. Theyre super helpful and they always get my order right no matter what I get. Im forever spoiled against going to the other spots again!

Only go here for the shrimp takoyaki because everything else isnt that great, quality has certainly gone down. Update: they took out the shrimp takoyaki

The spicy levels are more consistent than other boba places with popcorn chicken. Slightly more sweet than others, which to me is a plus.

Would not answer the phone despite it ringing from the time I called, until 7 minutes later when I walked in the store. I asked the cashier why he wasnt picking up, and he just shrugged and said were busy (there were three other customers in the store). Terrible customer service. Only will return if I am forced to by a delivery request.

I like their popcorn chicken and their milk tea. But the staff faces are unwelcoming. One of them look like she hated me, I can feel her energy towards me.

It’s good, but they charge you to use your card if your only getting one thing.

Par for the course tea with terrible service. A friend really wanted to go back and Ive since added one more star to their review because the night crew was nicer.

Surprisingly clean and tasty food. Some of these boba places can be really shady and dirty. Enjoyed the takoyaki and calamari.

Horrible place. Poor service and poor quality. Took forever to make my drinks incorrectly. The drinks leaked when I picked them up. Never going here again, and definitely don’t recommend anyone else to either.
