Called Bliss trying to find a screen and they were very polite and helpful. They helped me find screen I needed right away and even offered me a coupon. I got my new screen right away and worked great! I highly recommend bliss computers to everyone !

I needed screen for My Toshiba Machine. I called up and gave them picture from back of the screen, Bliss computer customer service Alex helped out to locate part number. I was able to fix my machine for $65. Happy Customer here.

First Post is Below.. Here is an Update of Experience with Bliss Computers.Update Post#2 (READ BEFORE BUYING)After receiving a faulty first panel I decided to purchase a second panel due to the limitations of available inventory from other suppliers and shipping times.The Second Panel arrived with a corner completely bent and cracked. There was so much physical damage to it there is no way whoever packaged the panel did not discover it. I had even asked prior to ordering the panel if a tech or anyone could verify the panel was in good working condition prior to shipping... I was told They were not able to test this particular panel However, there wasnt even a visual inspection done on the panel... There was 0 damage to the box so the panel was broken prior to even being shipped.So I asked for a manager and explained to him I have paid for two panels and have over a thousand dollars wrapped up in just this job alone.. that if they were able to compensate me and expedite a third panel as well as offer a discount. Manager explained that someone would reach back out the owners were not available today to let me know if they could discount a panel and expedite it to me. Of course I got no response...I followed up the following day to inquire about my return shipping label as well as the status of the third panel.. I was told by the manager the owners would rather not do a third transaction. They would rather not take any more loss..As if I was the ones causing them loss ? Now I know why they have so much verbiage about us the consumer not buying accurate parts or etc.. There entire company motive is to blame the consumer instead of taking responsibility and fixing the issue.So to sum this all up Ive spent 1,000$ on this particular job a customer has been waiting nearly a month and all of the RMAs have yet to be refunded fully and Installed 1 faulty panel and wasted several hours of my time dealing with blisscomputers and job hours. I wouldnt recommend BlissComputers to anyone.. I have been in business for many years and this by far has been one of my worst experiences with any supplier.Post#1First time using Bliss Computers as a Supplier. Initially ordered a panel for a customer and after purchase requested verification I knew what I was ordering.. So I supplied requested information and on their end made an error saying they never received my verification image. Then Auto Corrected it sent me the panel 3 days after purchase.Panel Arrived with 4 groups of bad pixels and rep initially gave me the has to be 3+ Pixels even though I explained its 4 groups of bad pixels and each group contains several bad pixels.They dont accept returns only RMA. So in order to receive a new panel I must purchase a second panel prior getting refunded for my first panel..Not very happy with my experience at Blisscomputers especially being a first time customer and a shop that orders a decent amount of parts.

Ordered a screen for my computer, it didnt take long to arrive however the screen was defective. After laying out all my steps, taking photos and images of the packaging I also had to print out and fill out a form that came in a JPG (A computer company using a JPG for a form should tell you that dont know much about technology)I mailed the screen back and to get a partial refund on their defective product. I will never do business with Bliss Computer again.

AVOID - Shady business.Scam! Scam! Scam!They make profit from return fees and and not issuing you refund. Their business model is to send you a piece of junk and then not refund you when you return the junk back to them.Check the other reviews to see the pattern!

My screen came in a timely manner. I had no issues at all. When I received it, it was protected by a thick layer of bubble wrap. Definitely will be using this site more often for any repairs I dob

I own and operate a computer repair shop.I need a screen for a Lenovo laptop. I know that it is a 2nd generation and the screen I am trying to order is for a 1st generation. I need the 30 pin connector and all the part numbers match what is on the original screen.I spoke with 3 different people and after agreeing to paying a restock fee if it isnt the correct part I received a message saying the order was cancelled.I asked to speak with her and explain my situation. Person on the phone told me the owner is aware of the circumstances, works from home, does not talk to customers and is refusing to sell the part.

Had some back and forth email with Bliss Computers about the correct laptop replacement screen. Ordered the screen. The replacement screen mustve been damaged during shipping. Reported the issue with Bliss Computers. They sent me a replacement that is working great. Mistakes happen, the fact that Bliss Computers was easy to work with and that they took care of me, I will definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.

Very poor customer support service for a screen they send wrong. I ordered a screen for my asus laptop with a 30pin video connector. They send me one with 40pin and the support service needed pictures, numbers, and I don’t even remember with how many representatives I talked just to verify that the screen they have sent was wrong. Like trying to make you believe that you were wrong with the order. Finally after all these proofs I had to provide them, they told me that I have to send it back for a refund or a replacement and when I told them that I need the screen to be delivered with overnight shipping cause I’m leaving overseas and I’m running out of time they told me they ll see what they can do and they ‘ll call me back, something that they never did, so I had to call them again and the answer was no without even ask me if I wanted to pay for the extra shipping cost. To mention that I contacted them by email from Friday and I had to call them again on Monday cause they don’t have a weekend support service. Very disappointed with the purchase from this store caused I was telling them from early on Monday morning that I was running out of time. At the end cause of them and the difficulty to find the replacement screen from my laptop from an other provider I traveled overseas without my laptop fixed.

I just received my new replacement screen and installed it in my old +7 year Laptop. The screen works thus far great. Colors are good as is the resolution. It is a 3D screen and was happy to fin Bliss Computers. I was on top of things especially with the Holidays etc. When I asked when my order would ship it was delayed as they noticed is was broken before they shipped it and asked me if I wanted to wait for the new screen or cancel the order. I waited and am typing this with a happy Face from said Laptop.Thanks for the excellent customer support, It was a pleasure doing business with you. Keeping Fingers crossed this screen will also last another 7-years :)

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! They sent you a wrong item, doesnt matter what, even after you confirmed with them the SN and the parts # of the screen before they dispatched.... Then when you return it back, you will be surprised that they charge you a restocking and shipping fees. SCAM STAY AWAY

We had an amazing experience with Blisss customer support.Our Dell laptops screen broke and after searching for a while, we found Bliss Computers had the right screen with the matte coating (most had the harder to see gloss coating or wouldnt say). The price was as good as mist others, so we made the order.We received an email from them almost immediately telling us to get the part number off the existing screen. Evidently there were several configurations used on this computer and they wanted to be sure to send us the right one.We got what we thought was the part number of the screen to them, and they told us it was for the cable (correctly, i might add). They offered to help us and told us to take a photo of the screen and send it to them and theyd figure it out for us.When all was done, we saved over $150 doing it ourselves and the screen looks better than the one that came with the computer originally. We got the right screen the first time, and it worked perfectly.

Bliss Are the No1 company. they give best quality LCDs for customers. no one help like this, I have no clue why some people left negative feedback for the.any how we cant satisfy all of customers. My opinion as my experience with them 2014 till today I used there LCD for my repair center.I have nothing any problem with LCd or with the company.always they help me to buy correct part. and always if need they exchange too. I really recommend BLISS for laptop LCDs.they have various range LCds and Mac Lcds too.thanks Bliss.

Dishonest company in my opinion. HIdes behind stock photos and lies about the compatibility of their parts. Even goes as far as to keep your money when you return the part for a refund that they were being dishonest about.

I received my new screen 3 days after I ordered it, 6 days sooner than promised! The packaging was awesome! The delivery driver would of had to run over the box to damage the screen! 30 minutes later, I had my laptop back! The screen works perfectly and looks beautiful! I would definitely use this company again!

Ordered a display, got it in a reasonable time, but FEDEX broke it, even with the GREAT packing BlissComputers did to protect it! I called and they are replacing the display and sending it out right away! Good on them, bad fedex! Blisscomputers is legit with good service! I would buy from them again.

Lewis the manager is a disgrace. His customer service skills are non existent and he needs to go back to training. He berated one of my techs to the point that he handed me the phone because he couldnt deal with him anymore. Lewis continued to yell at me telling me that he had better things to do with his time then place my order and then instructed his saleswoman to cancel our order.

I have been purchasing laptop screens for my customers (about 10) for about 5+ years and have had only one instance with a bad pixel issue. When i called the service dept. they immediatly prceeded to send me a replacement as we were talking on the phone and received it within 4 days. I did NOT have to wait until they received the defective one.(I read one review about a customer that this had happened to) I just received a new screen today and not only was it delivered in a very timely manner (3 days) but had no defects. The thought that it would be defective never even occured to me as i have only had the 1 instance in the first place. I will not go anywhere else for screens. I recommend bliss to all my friends and PC Repair associates. Keep up the good work Bliss!
