Great store. Came to visit right as they began opening up again after COVID restrictions were lifted and got a few new books as Im getting into the hobby. Met Luis, who is super professional and very friendly, he offered up classes for free around building and painting models and playing the game! Very excited to go back every though its a far trip.

A fun and welcoming place with very helpful staff that are more then willing to teach you how to paint your models and how to play the game if you are new to the whole genre. But if the lore of Warhammer interest you more then they have a wide variety of books to choose from. I definitely recommend you visit them if possible

Days and hours posted on website mean nothingopen whenever they want, open early then close early with nothing posted sometimes they give warningon Facebook, phone number no longer works, orders never arrive. Only store left in the bay area but I suggest taking your business to the mom and pop hobby stores .

Its games workshop. You cant enter the building right now because of covid-19. But if you know what you want they will sell it to you

New manager, and hes hitting the ground running! If youve ever thought about getting into modeling or table-top gaming, this is a great place to start. The gaming community this manager is starting to build is gonna be a whole lot of fun. Hes a great guy who bends over backwards to help out both new and old customers.

The people were very welcoming. They taught me the games and answered all of my questions patiently.

Apparently they dont like to answer the phone. Makes me feel they want you to have no choice but to go the store and see if they have the item yourself. Not knowing if they have it or not

This store has a lot of interesting things and the workers are actually very nice and the good thing is also they are interested in the things they sell

Noah is exactly the kind of manager you want to meet when you walk into a game store. Super-friendly, knowledgable and invested in what you have to say. The shop is clean, the demo tables- which Noah painted himself- look stellar! Definitely worth a visit.

Very helpful employees, but I had to special order the book I wanted.

Great spot with knowledgeable staff and a welcoming atmosphere. If youre a fan of tabletop war gaming, its definitely worth a visit to check out some really beautifully done terrain tables (that you can play on!). If youre new to it all, the staff run painting tutorials for models and game demos to help you get your feet wet. Definitely the go-to spot to get involved in Warhammer 40,000 or Age of Sigmar in the bay area.

Its well lit, well organized, has plenty of space. Just be aware that this place literally only sells Warhammer and other Games Workshop products, rather than being a regular gaming store.
