This place has been amazing to work with. Jeff and his guys are very friendly and great to deal with. I got my cart in October so I haven’t road it a lot but what I have we have totally enjoyed it. Found Jeff on Facebook and reached out to him looking for information about purchasing a new cart. He was very quick to respond to all my questions, and made it so easy for us to purchase a new cart. We drove up to pick up the cart and we were in and out quickly, and had our new golf cart. He even was able to help us sell our old cart. They said they were booked up earlier in the year than usual but we still got our one of a kind customized cart fairly quickly. They kept me up to date on how things were going on there end with pictures and delivered it as soon as it was done and made sure I was happy with it before driving off. Highly recommend!

We purchased a beautiful used 2016 Electric EZGO cart back in July. We were treated with so much respect, they answered all of our questions & took care of all our requests in very positive ways. Days before we drove to Carts & Parts & purchased our cart, I had called them on the phone about some basic intro questions & Jeff & Cole answered all of our questions. After we were off the phone, we desired to buy from them because of their personal touch after phone & on-line shopping. After our purchased we had a situation where they went out of their way to remedy this situation. Today, 11-30-20 we hauled our cart up there for a part that needed replaced & they also replaced 2 parts upon our request for preventative maintenance reasons.... Again we were treated in such positive ways & they took great care of us. Their personal touch is quite remarkable. Jeff & Cole & Cade have gone out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of in an efficient manner & making sure we were totally satisfied.
