This company did 5 kitchens for me, and my own personal. Went with their terms. I am a business person and I think leaving 50% deposit on a project should be sufficient enough to start the project. I needed a small piece of granite for my kitchen which came out $300. Normally 50% is paid upfront and the remainder at completion, JP Marble demanded 100% payment without even having installed or done anything, I asked him to reconsider as there is no way that I should pay 100% if nothing has been done. I told them that I was insulted by this demand after investing thousands of dollars with them. Mr. Javier decided that he wants 100% or he would not do the job, I guess he forgets that there are many companies that do the same type of work. Please do your research with this company they do good work but treat customers as if they are doing you a favor. Not a good way to do business and I will no longer recommend or do business with a company whose business practices are absurd. Who pays in full when nothing has been done? Not a happy excustomer. Do yourself a favor and look for a more friendlier more customer driven company.
