Amazing shop! They are great. They make you feel very comfortable and will direct you to what you need/want. It is helpful to speak Spanish, but should another patron be in the store, they will translate for you, has been my experience. This small shop is FILLED with great things. Take your time and look around. They also sell fresh herbs!!

Beautiful and clean Botanica has every candle you can think of and the owners are so nice and kind-hearted. They have one of a kind of statues hands down one of the best botanicas Ive ever been to.

My Daughter and I went to this Botanica today to gey some material on Saint Lazarus for a school project. The man helped us patiently to choose different items and gave us suggestions which was very helpful. When we were ready to leave, he told my daughter that all the items he gave her were a gift. We made a donation and he allowed us to take a picture with the large Saint Lazarus statue. I highly recommend this Botanica, they are super helpful and friendly.

Bad customer service the store attendant was rude and did not want to sell items to me additionally he walked away and left the register. Took other customers orders that were behind me in lineExtremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing.

I do not usually give negative opinions about any place I visit, but this one particularly hurt me more than bother me, because those who go to these religious stores are looking for things to save themselves and not for pleasure. The items they sell are quality, I can not say another Thing, but beware if they are going to buy herbs, which is where they deceive you. Not only that sometimes they give you one for another, you do not have to be an expert in the matter, but you give them wrapped and you stubble of I do not know what. Remember that when we buy these things it is for health, well-being and even to save lives. Gentlemen, if you do not have a product, do not lie, say it and look elsewhere. Take care of your customers.
