My wife and I drove over Sat. after we missed this very car at our local Dealership. Our salesman Sean Reid was very easy to work with. They were very straight forward made us a fair offer on our trade and we made the purchase for my wife. I will say as busy as the dealership was, everyone still took the time to slow down and acknowledge all the customers. Very positive experience.

First off, Arthur Boston is AMAZING! Personality and Friendliness on TEN! I had to go back to say hey and bye real quick before I left town. All the staff is so nice, really feels like family in there! And of course, the extensive knowledge about cars and professionalism was there! Mr. Renee in the Finance Department is a Godsend! Very reasonable and flexible with your budget. Made my first major credit purchase a breeze and dream come true! 100/10 recommend to shop with them for your next vehicle! Butler Lexus of South Atlanta.Located just off of the Union City exit from I-85 on Jonesboro Road. Recently acquired by Butler group, reorganized staffing and the location remodeled to latest Lexus standards.Layout changed significantly. Still a lot of room for improvement.Service can be expensive if you dont know much about cars and Lexus maintenance schedules.They have convenient airport parking if you are getting any major services, but remember that major services can be expensive.Helpful and polite staff.Worth comparing pricing and inventory with other local dealers before making major purchases.

Kelann was absolutely amazing! He took great care of me and my daughter! He is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the features Lexus has to offer. He wasnt my salesman he was my teacher. He gave the information on the two vehicles I was looking at. He gave me the pros and cons of each. He didnt push for one or the other, even though there was an $8,000 price difference in the vehicles. There was not a question he couldnt answer. I have been to several different dealerships in the past 3 months and NONE OF THEM were as great as Butler! The staff was great. Renee, the finance manager was cool and relaxed. He didnt try to force the add-on, which is nice. I came in knowing what vehicle I wanted more and I was ready to buy and they were ready to deal!They have a customer for life!!! I already have my best friend wanting to buy his next vehicle from them and I will sway my children to buy their vehicles from Butler (when that time comes)!and....THEY PUT A BOW ON IT

The salespeople are very friendly, helpful and not pushy at all. They were totally transparent about cost of everything and what features the car had or didnt have. Any questions I had after leaving the dealership were answered quickly. They couldnt do enough to help me with anything I wanted to know. Everyone at Butler Lexus was very accommodating and responsive. Sean, Dan and David worked with us and was very patient with us as we were trying to understand everything. Sean has checked up on us to be sure everything was OK. David has given more instructions to us and our children. We are an elderly couple and do not easily remember everything we are taught. We wanted our children to have a basic understanding so they could help us in the future if needed. The U-tube videos have been extremely helpful in learning about all the features. I was able to understand and experiment with many features watching them. We are very pleased with our Lexus experience.

When I walked into Butler Lexus- I walked into what felt like family.My first warm welcome was by the kind woman at the front desk; her energy foreshadowed my overall experience.The sale: I was a few hours late to my appointment due to moving issues, but Tamahn Jamison was empathic to that. He acted like I was right on time actually.I hesitate to call Tamahn a salesman, he was more than that. I just arrived to Atlanta from NY, and was in search of a Lexus and it was my first time leasing a car and driving in Atlanta period.Side note-I had visited a few Lexus dealerships prior and walked right out the door based on how I was treated, and advised them of such. I dont spend money where the professionalism doesnt align.Tamahn listened to my concerns, he understood my budget and we test drove a NX 300. He was patient, knowledgeable, informative, and caring. He didnt sell me the SUV it seemed, rather he customized my expectations to a purchase that was in alignment with my overall need. Thats not selling to me, its listening. The process went so smoothly, I didnt realize it was it was my truck until he handed me the keys!Finance matters: My excellent experience didnt stop here.Rene Scott helped me select what I needed to ensure my vehicle was maintained. I had several questions, and he took his time explaining how each dollar of my add ons would be used, and what risks were associated accordingly. Again, I spent what I planned based on what I needed because I was heard.Technology: Patrick Crawford, the Technology Expert, spent an hour with me (by this time Lexus was practically closed) to make sure I understood everything about the SUV. He was super patient, knowledgeable, funny, and he walked me through everything; he even made sure I understood the features by having me demonstrate them before I drove away.Im an advocate of treating people fairly, and these folks at Butler did that and more. Youve got great folks on your team Lexus!

The dealership was good and the people are great but ultimately not satisfied with the car (ES 350). Despite the navigation window saying to download the navigation, you can’t, there is no navigation with this car. Sculpted seats felt different which seemed good, after two days of driving I find them painfully discomforting. And no touchscreen… you need to adjust using a trackpad off to the right along with a display up and to the right, finding I distracting and difficult to adjust.

Very poor maintenance service provided here: We did the regular 45k maintenance here and did the multi-point inspection with battery storage capacity test - green mark checked before our road trip. However, within 3 weeks and 5days, the battery just completely died and not hold charge at all. We had to stop off the road for hours and asked for roadside assistance to get us to a auto repair shop since the battery was completely died, even jump-start couldn’t start the car. According to the “advisor” here, the battery test only indicate “current” condition with only pass and fail conditions. This Butler Lexus can not provide any insight of battery status. What a diligent and professional worker here. Please serious consider another Lexus dealer instead of here. They won’t do the service you want.

Due to the car shortage I drove from Marietta to South of the airport to buy my Lexus. Buying a car from Butler was a different experience, everyone was so nice. When finalizing the purchase we did not feel the high pressure to keep adding on extras to the car.The staff was so accommodating that I plan on driving the extra distance to have Butler service my car. I am 63 and have purchased many a car for not just myself but for my children and this is the first time I can honestly say what a pleasure the entire experience was.

Brought a brand new Lexus NX 300 with them about 6 weeks ago. It was toward the end of the night so the technical guy didnt have a chance to go over the option of the car with us We was told to reschedule a date so the tech and go over the option ( so i did) after 5 days of owning the vehicle i note that the front grill have a loose pin at the point i didnt though it was going to be a big of a problem so i call back and explain my problem. They told me the problem will be taking care of on the day on my tech class. As the day come i brought my car back to lexus thinking that the problem will be fix on the same day... JR was the service advisor i spoke with ask Eddie the technical to come look at my car and i was told the front grill need to come out of the car it will take them 2-3days for the work to complete ( keep in mind this is a brand new 52k car ) at that point i ask JR is this going to be cover, i was told yes because Eddie didnt see any physical damage as anyone look at the car can noted that the car is still brand new with no scratches on the grill. So I left the vehicle there with them for 3 days and I received a call back from service on the 3rd day saying it wont be cover and of the car have being physical damage( keep in mind i was told by there own technical that the car was never been in phyaical damaged when i left the car with them). I come up to lexus too speak with Ervin the service manager he cant do anything to help fix the problem at this point i believe he trying to help but untill the sale manager came out ( so mad i didnt get his name) the sale manager was notthing but b.s he told me that a rock could have cost this dont make no sense at all then come other story maybe a kid kick my car lol like for real? At this point iam just gonna stay away from this dealership forever..... when i get my car back from them i noted that not only one pin is missing but now 3 out of 4 pin is missing 1 of the pin is actually broken. This is the 3rd and sure will be the last vehicle I will purchase from them so my advice to anyone who is thinking of this dealership if you want to deal with b.s then go ahead and goodluck. As for me iam done with them for good

This dealership hires professional liars.I bought my RX 350 in February 2021 under the pretense that I would have a sunroof installed as one of the conditions of the purchase. I let it be known that I would not purchase the car unless I could get one with a sunroof. Not only did the salesperson verify that the sunroof could be installed, it was written in the sales contract for an additional amount.Initially, I was told to take the car upon purchase, and someone would contact me shortly to have the sunroof installed. I called the dealership a few days later after not hearing from someone. I was told that the sunroof was ordered, and would be in soon. A month or two went by, no sunroof. This time I was told the sunroof was on back order and should be in by July. I talked to the finance manager, and was given the option to wait for the sunroof or get a refund in the amount written in the contract. I told him that I would wait until July.July arrived and no sunroof. I talked to the sales manager this time and told him that I no longer wanted the sunroof, and to refund the money to the bank. As of this date, I have no sunroof and the bank has not received the refund for the sunroof as promised.Today I found out that my car, which is the base model RX 350, cannot even have a sunroof installed. So, for the past 6 months Ive been lied to by everyone I have talked to at this dealership.No one at this dealership has made a genuine effort to make this right. The only reason why I rated this 1 star is because of the car itself. This dealership dropped the ball with bad follow-up, bad communication, and making promises for the sake of selling a car.NO, I do not recommend this dealership.

Had a great experience with Butler Lexus. My salesman, Carlos, was extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. The Finance Manager, Paul, was also extremely professional, helpful, and efficient. And of course the new ES 350 is fantastic. Also drove an Audi A6 and wanted to like it, but for us was not on same level as ES F Sport. My only (small) complaint was that some of the adhesive from new-car wrapping was left on. Nothing is perfect, but the experience buying from Butler left little to be desired.

I’m very upset because this is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the Service Department Customer Service. The Service Rep by the name of Paschal wasn’t friendly or helpful. He was very rude and made me feel that my business wasn’t appreciated. He was very unorganized and didn’t seem knowledgeable with his job. Please give him some training.

I bought a pre-owned Lexus NX 200t and the car purchasing experience was exceptional. Marvin Bethea couldnt have done a better job. Extremely disappointing communication service. Was on the cusp of purchasing a vehicle with them, and they just stopped responding. I also couldn’t tell half the time if the name I was responding to via email was a person or an automated system. I was asked to respond to multiple emails with the same answer, and I felt as though whomever I was working with kept avoiding answering my specific questions.Update: saw the response from Butler Lexus and found it interesting and disappointing that (1) they blamed their lack of communication on a time difference that didn’t enter into the equation at all (2) they left out a detail that the sales rep I was working with took a day off during the middle of the week, didn’t tell me, and there was no one to handle my pending purchase during his absence for more than 24 hours. It IS possible to work with a client, stationed overseas, with a time difference when the effort to communicate is mutual.

However, based on the great positive reviews that we read about Kelann Seals, a car salesman at Butler Lexus; we decided to visit the dealership. Kelann was able to guide us through the car buying process smoothly, despite the post COVID uncertainties (chip shortage, lower car production and limited inventory). Bought a new RX350 F-Sport here. They were able to handle the price negotiations through email & text and never pressured me to even call or come in and sit down for a deal. Over 90% of the sale was done online. I live near Tampa so I needed everything to be worked out bottom line cost before we went on the long drive road trip to Atlanta. Butler Lexus of South Atlanta was able to discount the final selling price by many thousands $$$ of dollars, compared to what I had found in Florida. I came in to have a side view mirror replaced and was graciously introduced to Mr. Anthony Pierce, a salesman at Butler Lexus of South Atlanta. I asked him a few questions about the value of my 2007 Lexus RX350, with which I was very happy but at more than 160,000 miles, I was beginning to entertain the prospect of replacing it with a later, lower-mileage model. Mr. Pierce invited me to his cubicle where he answered my questions and helped me to review the inventory available in my price range at the CPO/Used Car lot. The mirror was fixed perfectly, and I turned over the keys to Mr. Pierce as I purchased a CPO 2017 RX350. Service Technician was Mr. Tharp. Everyone I encountered were great assets to your business.

My contact person was Mr. Arthur Boston. I spoke with him the day prior and he was more than happy to help me with my trade/purchase. Upon arrival when I saw his smile, it was like he knew who I was and vice versa. He was very pleasant, and accommodating throughout the entire visit. He let me know exactly what would happen during my visit there. Everyone was so friendly and informative. I really got that warm and fuzzy feeling there. I had previously gone to another dealer in which they were all about the money. Once they received my trade in and got my very large down payment, people stopped answering the phone and when I arrived was either passed onto someone else or ignored. A couple came in there and complained that they had been there on several occasions and each time they had to wait more than an hour, and on this particular visit, they could not find the couples car, how unprofessional is that? The previous incident at the other dealer is why I went to Butler Lexus, they are knowledgeable, personable and you just feel like you are with family. We had an absolute great time, the only downfall was the Finance Manager, whom was pushy and kind of insulting, when he asked us if we were going to bring his money the next day. Sean was incredible!! I met him 2 months prior at the dealership before coming back and purchasing my vehicle! I had been looking everywhere including out of state and it had been a very stressful process, but once I reached back out to Sean and let him know the vehicle I was considering, he made it feel effortless...he was able to pick me up from my home with no issues, I test drove the car, no gimmicks. David is so knowledgeable and up-to-date on the car’s technology. The technology in the car is very complicated, but, what is so good about David is that he explains it so that you are not overwhelmed and that you really understand it.
