One of good liquor shop on town with Hugh selection and best customer service

I went in to this store . They are very rude and they over price . They gave me the wrong bottle when I asked for don Juilo Anejo but they gave me Don juilo blanco ($39.99) . I return to the store less than 10mins later and to exchange bottles . When I asked again and showed a picture they proceeded to give me the new addition bottle of Don Julio Anejo . They proceeded to say they did not have any of the regulars . So I said okay . The price of the Don Juilo Anejo (new addition) was ($76.81). But I return the blanco which I was told was $39.99 which should of reduced the price even after taxes . But it didn’t they lied about the price and how much was they took off . They made me pay $65.00 . . I’m confused on $76.81- 39.99= $36.82 so how did my totally come out to $65.00 . I will not be return with my service to this store . They playing people out they money. And when they are confronted they lie about price. I know they not gonna do nothing cause they don’t care . But I felt the need to put this bad report on here. I should of only payed $45 and that will be including the ginger ale and redbull. They played me out my money and also when I return to confront them they lied and ringed another bottle that wasn’t the same .

I called before heading out from Richmond out of town. To check the stock of a ipa beer. They have plenty more than 4 cases as much as I need I was told. The next day I get down there 45 mins drive I informed them I needed to confirm they had plenty in stock . When I get there I was told they sold out today.I find it very hard to believe after explaining which beer I was looking for and called about that took 2 different employees who clearly had no idea what I was asking about . Not ok lie right to my face. This place has about 4 refrigerator doors of beer selection. 7 11 has more of a beer selection. No appologies no I set some aside for you could I offer a discount . I felt like a piece of dirt when I left and still do now that I’m home . I will never again go to this slum of a business!

Great Store to buy Liquor and more

I live around the area so this is my local liquor store. The cashiers are friendly and never rude. The lotto they have there are always making me smile, because im always winnning. I love their store hours because i always run to them when all the other stores are closed they will be the last ones open and the first ones to open. Now you cant go wrong with that. And where theyre located is perfect. Right by the gas station. Anywho thats why i chose to give them 5 stars because they are my friendly neighbourhood liquore store. Thanks guys
