Nice location, I feel safe storing my stuff here. I like the storages are outside making it easy to move my stuff in and out. Maricela was very friendly and professional in helping me sign up. I recommend you come and check it out if you need storage in union city!

Maricela is the bomb. She was very professional, welcoming, and extremely pleasant to work with. She deserves a raise and a half for her efforts. Nice out of the way location, rooms are partially smaller than actual sizes. Allot of dust and debris gets into storage area. Storage are out side lift gates. Also allot of spiders as well. They need to spray the place for spiders. Staff is friendly, its off the Alvarado Niles exit. Next to a place called Xavier. Its not quite visible because it not right off the street.

I reserved my storage unit online. The next day Maricela called me up to confirm my reservation and setup a time for inspection. She provided fantastic service. Friendly, quick and simple. It took me a few months to get around to writing this review, just been preoccupied with this whole pandemic thing going on. However, I was just there today and I just had to say so far the place is kept clean. The units are sealed nicely, no moisture or pests. I feel my stuff is safe and secure. I was first scared of renting a unit for storage. I have had bad experiences before. But this time around I was greeted with much respect and felt like a family by maricela. She showed me a few spaces the tactility well kept and clean. She showed me howeasy it was to rent online. Im not needing storage til December but now Im a for sure customer and will book my unit online. Thank you for all your assistance to the lovely young lady with the beautiful eyes at the front desk. The entire process in getting a unit that fits my needs and at the right price, at the Alvarado Union City location has been great. Recently there was a problem with my account and Maricela has been extremely attentive, helpful, prompt and kind with me throughout the entire process of getting my account fixed quickly. Maricela has assisted me a couple times in regards to my familys storage units. She is very helpful and always professional. The facility is always clean and I have seen them using a blower in the aisles and dusting the cobwebs of the outside units. We have had a unit here for 10+ years and I would highly recommend this location to others. My only wish is that the facility was open later on weekdays.

Maricela is an absolute pro. She was super helpful in helping my wife and I decide on the appropriate size storage for our needs, which was short term until we could get our home shed delivered and installed. She was very efficient in getting us set up and when it was time to give notice she reminded us that PS did not pro-rate rent on the units which helped us with planning our exit more efficiently. The service at this location was far superior to any service wed received at any previous PS locations and we would definitely come back to this location if a need ever arose.

Today we signed up to rent a unit at this location. I reserved my 10x15 drive up unit online and locked in a very low rate. Maricela helped us out by showing us the clean unit and explaining everything in great detail. It made the experience very easy. The hours are earlier than we would like but the online rate and customer service balances it out. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.

Nice location. The first time I came to this location, I was not very sure as to what size of unit I would be needing. I spoke with Jeanette. she was very accommodating and quite pleasant. I asked if I could have a few more days to think and decide. On the day I finally made my decision, another very nice lady, Jackie, helped me with the registration process. She was very pleasant and accommodating; a very nice person to speak to. I would definitely recommend this place.

It wasnt five minutes after we reserved a large storage unit on-line that I received a phone call from the site manager, Jackie, regarding unit options and she answered my initial questions. We then scheduled a site visit and was pleased that the entire site was gate-secured, immaculate,and well maintained. Jackie and Mike were very welcoming, personable, easy to talk to, informative and answered all our detailed questions. We signed up for the rental of a large unit. Its noteworthy to mention that they also sell locks for your unit and a wide variety of moving and packing materials on site. I would confidently recommend this location to anyone looking for a storage unit for any period of time needed. Storage units are conveniently accessible seven days a week.

I had my own storage with another company and the workers there was just not as helpful and as nice Jackie. Nasira was very nice. She accommodated me since I showed up 2 hours earlier than my appt. she showed me around and made sure I knew how to use gate access. My unit was super clean and the security was just updated, so I feel confident that it is safe. I didn’t like how I was required to have insurance, though. I didn’t see that on the PS website, so that was a surprise cost

I was helped by Gabrielle. She was so nice when I asked about pricing for units and showed me exactly what my options were. The whole experience seemed pretty quick and professional which is all i could ask for!

Jackie the Property Manager was wonderful and very very helpful to say the least! I have rented from other Public Storage locations before but by far Jackie has been the most knowledgeable and helpful of all the Property Managers. She even offered and helped me resolve my other issues with another PS location. I say wow! She is an extra ordinary person. Public Storage on Alvarado Niles in Union City, I cant forget that day when I drove with excitement through the City roads enjoying the scenery, the breeze, and eager to be able to store my belongings in a place I can call safe, appropriate and accessible. That day, I wasnt able to find the property location and drove for a while and for a long time, yet I was s determined to go to that particular location. I stopped at another location and a kind worker called the Alvarado property for me to give me a clearer description of the location. I finally made it to the property and even though I was exhausted, I was happy and relaxed being there. Right upon my arrival I met Jackie whom was so nice, caring, professional, she was a like a close friend meeting someone coming from far away, her greetings, her spirit . Jackie is an amazing person, I was so happy to meet her that day, felt so good about using that property and her demeanor made me feel at ease, she cares about people, their needs, answered my questions regarding the storage size, took me to see in person, gave me enough information which made me very comfortable.
