I wish I could give them less than 1 star.This is a horrible place to do business with. Incompetent sales. Incompetent managers...etcEmpty promises rude and sales peopleI turned down a lease agreement, the salesman put down a bad post on google about me personally and my company. That shows the inner truth of this company.Look for alternatives, you will find much much better people and service
I would say ZERO STAR.... Worst experience ever :( Did not fulfill their promises and tried to play games.I dont recommend this company.
Im astonished they stay in business. Ended up paying $480.00 to have a $6 snap-in part replaced via three service calls and a missed diagnosis. When I called in to try and get an adjustment, I was transferred to three different people with the last woman also trying to transfer me until she decided she could handle it and gave me an adjustment on a single service call.I was also told the second service call would be no charge by both the office and the repair man. I was treated like this conversation never took place. Very angry and I will be looking for a solution other than KBA.
