I have picked up at this location several times. Don’t recall ever unloading here. Like everyone else is saying: YOU MUST HAVE AN APPOINTMENT (unload only, no appt needed for loading). No appointment and they WILL send you away. When trip planning try to get here about 15 minutes before your appointment time.They do seem to be dragging as far as unloading goes. I have enough time to write this review after all.I’m giving three stars because the staff seem to be friendly and professional and the outbound loads don’t require tarping. They could use a little more energy and maybe another fork lift or two.Some places here are indeed close-quartered. Keep your head on a swivel when moving.

Got there early for my appointment, and was told I didnt have one so the guy decided to set one for 11 which I was there at 8 sum like really! So checked in again right at 11 un tarped and it took about 15 minutes to get unloaded.

2 hrs to unload.Seen worse.Employees pretty cool

Must have an appointment and must arrive close to appointment time. My appointment time was 2pm i got there at 10 to 2 and was empty and leaving by 3. Plenty of room to get around with my 48 spread axle trlr. I dont hear well and they were very understanding and nice. It was overall a pleasant experience.

Strictly by appointment. Very tight & dangerous trying 2 maneuver a spread axle trl at this location. They got stuff scattered everywhere. Everything is jam packed & poorly organized for continuous tractor trailer movement. Do not arrive more than 30 minutes before your appointment time or they will make you leave the property. Room n driveway past hard left curve for 2 trucks 2 park overnight if u have a 7 or 8 am appt. There is a truck stop 1 exit south of this exit on i85, exit 61.

Appointments mean nothing, but you better not be late. They will refuse you if you are late, if you are on time (no more than 30 minutes prior to appointment). You will sit until they get ready to unload you. Lots of people just standing around that could be unloading trucks. Very disappointed they punish you for being late, early, or on time. Will not be back to this UFP location if I can help it. Only reason for 2 star rating is the receiveing staff are nice.
