Lady with glasses is rude and unprofessional. Also, I had two different workers give me two different prices to change a used tire. The initial guy said $50 and then while I am waiting for him to return, this other employee asked what I needed, I then explained that I am being helped already and he insisted for me to tell him what I need to get done in a very rude matter. He then said he will do it for $60. I then told him that the previous employee said $50 and then he rudely insisted on $60. I then said I am good and decided to leave. Ive came here in past for the same car and it was 45$. Also if you have a foreign car, used tires start at $80 and new $150. For a place that is unorganized and unclean, I will not be going again and will be telling friends and family to stay away.

Left my house yesterday 10/16 to find that I had a flat tire .. (which ended up almost completely off the rim by the time I got there) I called this place it’s just about 3 minutes from my house they told me they can help me ASAP. I got there and waited just a couple minutes .. they checked all my tires I ended up replacing 3 of the 4 . Paid about $150 for the 3. The people were quick and nice!

I got my winter wheel setup changed out to my summer set. The workers were quick and changed my tires out in the parking lot with floor jacks, ignoring any use of jack stands (big safety no-no). They took off the wheels with an impact wrench, but also tightened the lug bolts with an impact wrench as well. When I asked if they could use a torque wrench instead, the worker just brought out a breaker bar to prove that the lugs were tight enough, which isnt what I asked for. I want my lug bolts to be torqued to spec, not just tightened down with an impact wrench, which can over-tighten.I am not sure if these workers were just in a hurry or dont bother to properly put on wheels. After all the work was done, I paid $10/wheel before tax. I think this is on the steep side, as Costco charges $6/wheel and Mr. Tire charges $7/wheel. It would have been nice if the technicians checked the tire pressures, but that didnt happen as well.Overall, they were quick, but not very thorough. I expected a tire shop to properly un-mount and mount tires for the premium they charge.EDIT: In response to the owners reply - You said that since the wheel and tire are still together, you probably dont need to balance right? And I agreed with you. This has nothing to do with my original complaint of lack of safety for your employees (using only floor jacks) and improper tightening of lug bolts. I agree that most people do not care or know about these things, but for car enthusiasts or people that care about the details, it matters. Cheers.

First time coming here l, will come back. Prices are reasonable and service is quick. I had a rip on the wall on my tire so I needed it replaced. Even though there was a line of cars, I was in and out in 20 minutes.

Overall Great experience . Took my car here to get 4 new tires installed. Took less than 35 minutes, very quick, convenient and they did it professionally. Fair pricing and good customer care . Will come again.

Took my ram here to get tires installed. They did a good job of giving me options and fair pricing. Chose my tires and had them installed. Took less then an hour which is a great time for 4 tires. Parked my truck at home, then it sat for a week or so. When I drove it, my truck vibrated through my seat at highway speeds. Didn’t even waste time going back because they only had a one week warranty on labor. Turns out they only balanced my front tires and not the rears, which is what was causing my vibration. So I had to pay for that on top of the original price from them. Not too happy with the labor performed.

Went to this place to get my rotors and brake pads replaced and they told me it will take about an hour to an hour and a half. So I decided to wait being that I was the first customer when they opened. The wrong parts where delivered and the mechanic told me this happens often with there supplier. Which I understood. While I waited another two hours for this place to deliver the proper size rotors, they came but only brought one rotor. So they installed the one side. I had to wait another 1 and a half for the other rotor to be delivered. When it finally came I was waiting another 30 minutes, while the mechanic that was working on my car was busy changing a tire for a customer that just pulled in when I was waiting for 4 and a half hours. I asked the mechanic if he could finish working on my car and he came around simply place the rotor on without completing the job, went back to the previous customer and finished changing the tire. I expressed my disappointment to the owner in a very respectful way. He listened to me, let me finish talking. And than went in a very disrespectful tone cursing and asking me what I wanted him to do. While other customers and his employees watched. I ended up staying until closing time as the mechanic placed a part of the brake in the wrong direction. All in all I can say the employees where very friendly. But if you have an issue do not talk to the owner because he will curse you out.

I found this place on Google and this place did NOT disappoint!! I had a tire with a nail on it that needed to be patched up. As soon as I pulled into the lot, two mechanics serviced me right away. They were very honest with me and said patching it would not be a guarantee since the nail was on the edge of the threads. Offered to sell me a beautiful used tire for only $40! I was in and out in less than half an hour. The woman managing the front desk was very nice and friendly, came out as soon as she saw me to make a customer profile for me while I waited. I definitely recommend this place !!

Staff is not properly trained to install tires. I purchased 2 tires from them and they were mounted incorrectly. I called and spoke to the owner I guess a couple days later and he just wanted to talk to me like I didn’t know what I’m talking about. Excessively rude and would not let me finish speaking without interrupting. It’s hard to run an absentee business I know but learn some customer service for the 2 hours you actually are there. I only came here because they were local, I will be traveling to Elizabeth in the future for the same price but proper install and without a side of unprofessional rudeness.

They were great! Had a wide selection of tires. They were able to fix my damaged rim and process the claim through my Wheel & Tire Insurance. Much better experience than going to the dealership.

Was driving to Maine; hit a nasty pothole on the Jersey Turnpike which ripped a huge hole in the sidewall of one of our tires. I didnt know the area, but got a recommendation from a nearby commercial truck repair place to use City Tires. The person that did my wheel alignment took his time and did an excellent job. The staff there were pretty nice a friendly as well. This place seems like a great alternative to wheel/tire places that overcharge.

This is my tire guy. Been coming here for a while, patches, plugs, tire rotation, tires (new & used). Always happy with the work, and the price. Most of the time Im in and out in a few minutes, but it can be busy at times.

I had a great experience here. I hit a pothole & got a sidewall bubble in my tire. I have coverage for this so after I notified the company that I have the coverage with I went to City Tires to get the tire replaced. The GM, Piero didnt have my specific tire in stock & he called various places to get the tire. I was told the tire wouldnt be available until 2/3 days but he found a place that would expedite it the next day. He called me as soon as it came in & when I told him I wouldnt be able to make it until they were closed. He said they would stay a little after closing to ensure it was taken care of. The guys there are great & very helpful.

The staff was very nice and helpful, unfortunately they quoted incorrect price and the manager was extremely rude to the staff while I was still able to here him yell and berate them. This was my first and last time EVER coming to this establishment. He also demand $50 deposit before performing any work.Funny in the response how the owner failed to say he apologized for his behavior and refused to take the taxes and disposal which was $18 and I did leave with him a $20 bill.

The place provided great service . However my underbody shield/tray underneath the car was dragging and I went over there to get it fix they charged me 20 dollars for it which I was totally fine with, after a couple days the tray fell off again, I took it to another shop and the mechanic put it on lift and we found out they use plastic zip lock clips to hold the tray up instead of actual bolts. So they basically charged me 20 bucks for plastic clips.😒

Bought 2 used tires. Next day had to go back to change one. 3 days later when I went to change the other tire, I was told they wouldnt change it. The owner on the test drive then tried to tell me something was wrong with my car. Refused to change the other tire. Even though I had 7 day warranty on both. Bad customer service. Ill never go here again.
