I came to get my ‘04 TSX ac diagnosed. Did a vacuum and refill, but couldn’t find any visible leaks. The next day it was empty again, blowing hot air, so I came back. It was a bad condenser from the previous owner of the vehicle. Because I had to come back, Cory gave me a phenomenal price on the whole installation and an oil change as well. He kept me posted in a timely manner of the whole process and status of my vehicle. I’m glad I came here as my first location. My new go to local spot.

Great place to fix your car

My experience is a mixed bag. I went to install new struts and there was a bit of a cascade off issue, cause by the mistake install. One major positive factor was the customer service of the manager. He made sure to follow up on every bit of work that needed to be completed or fixed. I think with one or two seasoned mechanics this place would run more smoothly.

Great service. Went for wheel alignment and he did a free multi point inspection also for the vehicle. Did not try to over sell anything. Went by 4:30 and they attended immediately and I was done by 5. I came to know about them through Groupon wheel alignment deal and will surely go in future for regular service.

I went here with a Package for Oil and Brake and a thorough checkup purchased from Groupon.The Owner is very friendly person and the Technicians are friendly as well. The Technician explained me in detail all the issues with my car.The place is well maintained and the waiting area is very convenient even if it takes some couple of hours for the service of the vehicle to be done.I came to know about this Center through Groupon wherein they had some coupons and discount for the complete checkup of the Car and a package for the Oil change and Brakes. Went into this place with the hopes of having my car evaluated; First off I had to do the honors of speaking as I walked in the door or I would have never been greeted. The big guy at the counter I guess thought I owed him something meanwhile I came in with the intent to pay big bucks to have my car serviced to completion. Customer service is horrible. He proceeded to tell me I will have to leave my car, which is understandable but theirs a way to communicate it to your customers. Very rude staff.

People here are very accommodating especially aoudi! They dont play around here, they do business and get your car fixed in a reasonable price! They wont force you to get stuff fixed if you cant afford it unlike car dealerships. Been here a bunch of times and now i consider this guys a family. Auodi is the man! (Sorry for the spelling)I am the most OCD person with my cars. He fully understood this and allowed me to bring my parts and even speak to the mechanic and check out my car while it was being worked on which really helped to comfort me. the mechanic also went above and beyond to properly torque my wheels and do the job very carefully without any scratches. A place I definitely recommend

I was catching time but unfortunately the dashboard blackedout yesterday morning. I drove to Q store. After a preliminary diagnosis, a two step rescue was offerred day 1 make a definite diagnosis and put the order for a new cluster, day 2 change it. Finally, the mechanic resolved it on spot in two hours. I am grateful for all the Q guys. Without their quality and timely service I couldnt get to my destination on time, thanks to all of you.

AUODI is Back!!! I’ve Been coming here for 5 years. A few months back the management changed and the ‘quality’ of service dropped off big time. This was my first experience with Quality Auto Centers of Union, NJ under the management of Aoudi and it definitely will not be my last! Communication is always of the utmost importance with me and Aoudi kept me informed with timely phone calls during the service repair. I had a good idea of the problem and Aoudi confirmed my suspicions, no doubletalk or unforeseen problems, he ran a diagnosis, gave me a price for services and the price remained the same. Worst customer service the guy in the front desk will tell he do extra work on the car on top of the thing. But they are not doing it, dont trust this people. And also dont buy groupon for this store, they will treat badly. First I gave 5 star in groupon because he told he told extra work on top alignment. He didnt do anything and didnt notice the control arm bend which is reason for alignment issue. My 2 new tires were worn out and I called him after 2 weeks, he asked me to call every next day. But he never gave appointment. When I went to his store, he was taking in bad words to his co worker about me. When I called him and told he should not talk to customers like this he then took my car in and said sorry we didnt notice control arm broken and asked to come back after it is fixed. When I called after that same story in call, asked me to call next day. When i am here today, he told if I give money then He can do that. I said I can give money, then also he is saying dont come to my mechanic shop again. Rude customer service and always talk lies. Stay away from this type of stores. The are no true in their words.

Exellent management...The key thing in this auto shop is HONESTY...lI have been to so many different auto shops even though dealerships. But this guys here make u feel comfortable keeps honesty level very high. Also their service to their car is OUTSTANDING. the Manager personally talks to you. And he will tell as is. If u go to any dealership and have your car checked and they give list of things to do. But here the manager Will tell you things thay really need to get done.

This place was horrible my tire was shaking so I pulled in thought I needed an alignment. They pointed out some front end suspension work that I should get done so hundreds of dollars later,failng to tighten all my lug nuts and bringing it back twice. I still had to let my regular mechanic fix what they touched. I wouldnt let these guys touch my bicycle not to mention how rude they are. The only reason why I gave them one start is because I wanted to write this review to let people know dont bring your car there.

Dishonest with repairs..said they fixed it. I had to go to the dealer because breaks was still messed up. Will never go back there
