I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews for the business but I have bought furniture from this location twice and sent family/friends here. The manager or owner George who worked at this location promised if we bought the bunk bed would send his guys back and turn it into a complete bunk once we were ready. We bought the bunk but only had a toddler bed set up. Now I called him two years later and he denies our agreement and wants to charge me to send his set up crew. The furniture is good quality but be careful on deals.

The salesman was very helpful and we worked out a good deal. The delivery was terrible. Two very rude gentlemen who were careless and scratched up my walls, made my pregnant wife move things for them and almost dropped a door on my dogs. And then instead of acknowledging my concerns, the owner said he’s never had a complaint and thought it was a misunderstanding because his delivery men lied about the situation.

After much research, we find in Just Cribs quality and best price. best atendiment. Tanks George.

Ive never actually been to the store and Google somehow posted a 1-Star review. Ive had no interaction with this place to justify a 1-star review. However, since they have responded and shown an effort to make a bad experience better, Im giving them a 5-Star Review. Kudos for good customer service.

You wont find better customer service anywhere. George helped us decide on the pieces we needed as well as the ones we could skip. Great prices too. Very glad we stopped here and you will be too!
