Placed printing order online on 9/2. Order said Pick up at store on 9/8. Called the store on 9/8 to find out what time it would be ready for pickup as I had received ZERO updates. Called three times, no one picked up. Waited approximately 15 minutes each time on hold only to get a voicemail. Went to officedepot.com and was told by a “virtual” agent, the order was held. When a live person came on, they said that the hold notification was an error and that the order would be ready by 7pm. At 4pm, still not having a returned phone call or email, I tried calling this store again. Caleb answered. He informed me that they did NONE of the printing services at their location and that UPS would be delivering my order by 7pm the FOLLOWING day. It should be no surprise they no longer do print jobs in house as whenever you go into the store, the staff are consistently on their personal phones instead of working. It is, by far, the WORST store. Drive to FedEx Kinkos on 22 in Springfield and save yourself the headache. Wound up not even being able to use the print jobs I ordered because they took too long to arrive. They are simply all incredibly lazy, rude, inconsiderate thieving liars.
