Employees bad attitude ...DONT SHOP AT THIS STORE not even hello or ask for help i ask for product they just say go straight to the back left ..they get pay for just stand and talk each other (im guessing is the manager ) is look like she dont like her job and customers. my first time here bad impression. never go back this store too bad I can give 0 starts

The dark skin “manager” was extremely rude. Did not say hello, instead she asked for my phone number and personal information which is extremely unprofessional Being that you didn’t even bother greeting me. She did not thank me for my purchase. She did not offer me a bag for the items that I bought nor did she offer a receipt, instead she continued to talk to her coworker about what time she is leaving.Sally’s should really get rid of her. I will definitely not be returning to any Sally’s after such an unpleasant experience. Common courtesy and manners are two easy things a retail employee can do. I don’t understand how she even got hired when she clearly lacks the basics of a retail associate. Seriously. It is the LEAST you can do.

I just tried to go into the store, the door was open using a sign to prop it open and unlocked for the public as stated on store hours and at the store. As soon as I walked in the worker, said we’re closed. It is 11:53am on a Saturday(11/7/2020). There was no sign posted and employee did not have a pleasant greeting just “we’re closed” said very rudely behind the register. If they were indeed closed the door should not be open and unlocked for customers to enter and there should be a sign up.

Sallys was awesome. I found what I was looking for. I just didnt get the color I want which is pink. The sales associate was great, she demonstrated some of the items to see which one I want. The store was clean and well organized. Thats my # 1 store I go to anyway

I have to say management has really gone downhill since the other lady left. The new manager and assistant manager prove that they arent capable of running any functional store the correct way. When I get there I always see stuff scattered around in the wrong place, only one girl out at the register and floor because the manager is too busy talking in the back room even during bust hours, and the manager is very unprofessional with the way she tries to sell products. The products arent always in the right place either and its really sad to see a decent franchised beauty supply store to go downhill. Something should be done, in the meantime I will not be going to this Sallys.

My experience at THIS Sallys beauty supply store was HORRIFIC!It was my wedding day and I went to this store to get a specific hair dye. The store just opened.I got what I needed and left. My hair came out horrendous. It was too late for me to get another dye!I knew it was going to be a horrible day since that went wrong.Apparently the workers there didnt match the hair dyes with the appropriate samples and labels!Never going back there again!

Tiny store with a lot to choose from. Was greeted when entering, but when looking at products, wasnt asked for assistance or insight on best choice.

There was this little boy who kept running out the back room ( what I believe to be the employees only room) and who I believe was his mother kept screaming at him to get back in the back. I was VERY uncomfortable watching and listening to that. Will NOT be coming back

Nice store, nice employees but lacking professionalism they were talking about aliexpress and were cussing like “fuuuuuuuuk i messed up the order” and talked about a customer after she left and i heard everything then they were talking about another employee needing training. The tea was good girl lol

I drove to that location looking for makeup, two employees females stopped me at the door and told me that they sell only hair products, in a very strange way. I left right away. 😄
