I came to this butcher to buy some halal meat, the guy put me under the impression that the meat was fresh and tasty.I bought around four pound from; beef steak, cubes. After cooking it, it took long time to be cooked, and the meat was very taught even not tasty.I have returned to him to let him know about his trick.He never tried to compensate me or do something in order to keep me as a customer and correct what he did.Anyway, that was the last time going to that place..I do not recommend it at all 👎

Nice clean halal meat market with fresh meatThe workers are very polite and courteous. One of them carried my heavy bags of meat out to my car which was parked around the corner. I highly recommend this place for your halal meat and groceries.

Ordered a whole lamb from them and it was the freshest I have ever had. Shakil also did a fantastic job with cutting and sorting it. Also very responsive and came through on everything, even went above and beyond to get the meat to me. Highly recommend them and cannot wait to order from them again.

Cheap price for rack of lamb. But Im am not sure that it was lamb he sold me.Toughest lamb we ever had... inedible and a waist of money. Also the so called butcher cut it like he never cut meat before.... Clearly not a professional butcher.Anyways. I do not recommend buying your meat here.Only get 2 stars because they have a descent selection of spices.

I recently ordered Goat back leg and Goat Keema from Halal Butcher market. The goat meat was really fresh and tender. The goat keema was equally good. I would highly recommend this place for your meat purchases. They deliver as well.

Recently moved to Union and walked past this place one day and was overjoyed that we had a Halal meat place nearby. I love how easy it is to order with them. I always hated placing orders over the phone with other halal meat stores as some details get missed so I love that they take text message orders. The orders are quickly completed and pickup is a breeze, best of all their meat quality is the best in NJ! My brother drives from central NJ to get meat from here! They are the best in the area, look no further!!!

I have a small catering company and this butcher is amazing! I tell them what I want and they go to the farm for me the next day and sometimes the same day to pick it up for me. They’ve delivered to my mother’s home and to my job when I’m not able to make it into the shop. They cut and clean the meat just about anyway that I ask them to. EVERYTHING IS SO FRESH! Ive been to a lot of butcher shops, but none compare to this one. My top priority in picking a butcher is cleanliness, and this place outranks them all! The cutting tables, the floor, the counters, the meat trays, everything was spotless! The owner was super nice and provided multiple preparation ideas. The meat was very fresh, as close as you can get to the farm itself. I would highly recommend for high quality meats.

Very bad experience. First they forgot to give me the whole meat I paid for. I had to make another trip. Second, they charge way more than others. They talk rudely if you tell them they are charging more than others.

The meat is excellent here, it comes out very tender and juicy, and just by looking at the baby goat you can see the freshness from its vibrant color. The owner and his son are very polite and courteous. So far from the catering menu I have tried the chicken samosas which were so tasty, everyone in my house loved them, looking forward to trying more from their catering services. They also have a great delivery service, I’m all the way in Brooklyn and they still come out and deliver my meat/grocery order.

This is by far the best butcher shop I have been too! The quality is prestige, the family is loving and very welcoming to people of all walks of life.
