Im not sure whats going on with this store, but why do they require your drivers license info at the register when you order a battery online for store pick up? They are not just checking it to verify you are the person who ordered it, theyre actually inputting info off of the license... why? Too much of a info grab for a simple purchase, and the item is way overpriced by about 300% but I needed it right then. Also, it is telling when there is no Contact Us easy link on their website, look for yourself. Hmmm.

First Batteries Plus beat all the online prices. Yes, online had cheaper batteries but they were not the exact battery I was looking for. Add on shipping and the cheaper now becomes more expensive. Second the store employee was great with his interaction and help in completing the transaction!

Everything was easy from start to finish. Ordered online, within less then an hour I was sent an email saying my order was ready. The gentleman behind the counter was super helpful, tested my old battery to make sure it was bad. Got my new battery and I was back getting my motorcycle running again in less then 2 hours. Good service and the young man was willing to install and did put our new car battery in the car and took the old one out so we could get a refund on the core right at the store. I help him a little, he needs a better set of tools, sort of stripped socket ratchet. A set of screwdriver nut wrenches would help him go a long way in making his job even easier.

Not recently. Went there Sept 29 with a palm tablet, had a brand new battery in package wasn’t charging because cable was bad.Was told they had to use THEIR battery and would cost $69 dollars to start.These guys are set out to steal.Anyone out there falling for this?

This locations team is always super knowledgeable. I get in and get out with exactly what I need.

Very fast and courteous service.

Quick convenient service, however, the scratched the screen of my phone big time. Cell phones are expensive and super fragile this days. If you offer the service the least you can do is have the appropriate service area and tools so damage does not occur. I went there so I didnt have to wait 3-4 hours at the Apple authorized repair place. Technician played blind when I showed them the scratches.

The associate who helped me was excellent in his service and was very pleasant. He made my experience shopping there fantastic.

Good place but not it is shut down

When you order on line and pay for it, you still have to go into the store with the credit card you used and ID. I had a print out of my receipt and thought i had to just give him the receipt and get my product. No, i had to get the exact card plus receipt plus id. A bit much for $18.00.

Nice place off the highway, busy area so be careful getting there use your GPS! PRICES A bit high but not extreme. Always check your packages to make sure the products are ALL IN THE PACKAGE . KEEP your receipts. Overall a nice place to find anything. You can call ahead of time to ask if they carry product.

I called ahead to see if they had a replacement battery for the samsung s7 edge and was told they did. I then took my phone to the their shop and was told to leave it there and come back in a couple of hours. An hour in, they called me and said they didnt have the battery for the phone, after they took my phone apart. They then put my same same defective battery back in the phone and it no longer worked. I understand the aspect of the battery not working, but what I dont understand is why they took the phone apart before making sure they had a replacement battery. They didnt compensate me or anything. I was highly upset and wouldnt recommend this place.

You should educate your staff on how to be less sexist. The man checking me out after I purchased a battery for my motorcycle assumed the battery could not be for me and asked me with deep concern that I may not be able to keep up or respond to his question, if I had any idea the make and model of the motorcycle. His exaggerated and quite phony goodbye convinced me I will not be shopping at your establishment again.

I called the store to repair my cellphone and got a price of $219. and some change. Upon returning the price was $245.23. I did not have my eyeglasses so when I signed the paperwork did not see the grossly over price and the girl was not there to confirm what she quoted me. This place is a scam, dont go there. Look for another place where they dont nick and dime you. The Mfer scammers.

I would have rated this a 5 due to the sales person put the battery in the car and had a hard time. He was very polite and persevered. I came here to have a cracked iPhone screen repaired and when I got my phone back, the home button was broken beyond repair. My phone was in perfect working condition (save for the screen) before I gave it to have the screen fixed. Understandably, I was very upset and told the owner that he should have warned me of the risk of my phone breaking beyond repair if I had it fixed there. He told me he had no idea this could happen and it’s never happened before. Now I realize what a lie this is since if you scroll down to read all the 1-Star reviews, you can see that this has happened to other people at this location. If you read the Facebook reviews of this store, there is also someone there who said the same thing happened to them.I called Apple to speak to a repair specialist and he told me that this would have never happened had I brought this to an Apple store and that Apple would certainly take responsibility for the phone being worse after a repairif i had it repaired there. (It does seem like the obvious way of doing business, doesn’t it?)I’m so upset because I had a great phone and now I can’t really use Touch ID (sometimes it works and sometimes not), I can’t easily toggle from one app to another and I can’t take screen shots easily.I would expect a reputable company that wants toPreserve a good reputation to take care of unhappy costumers such as myself. Poor customer service. Left an iPad for service .. new glass needed. Came back not working at all. Glue stick around edges.. Dirt under glass. Had to leave it there another three days. They sent it out.. $150 later. They wouldnt even give me a discount for poor service and inconvenience caused by shoddy workmanship. Owner was very nasty and unreasonable ..
