Very busy place that takes alot of custom orders. I was moving + the landlord wants only area rugs - Not wall-to-wall carpets which is why I went there.My bro- in - law helped me make the purchase since I wasnt too familiar with purchasing carpeting. The salesgirl who helped us was busy but very nice & helpful. We came away with a pretty good purchase in a color I really liked. It was ready to go the next a.m.

The best of the best. If you want quality flooring from an honest company go with Paragon Mills. I’ve used other flooring companies before and they just don’t compare to the customer service and quality I’ve gotten from Paragon Mills.

One of the worst experiences and least professional experience I have ever had.I used them to stain my floors and they told us the floors would take a few days and would be ready by Sunday. We made arrangements to be out of the house for a few days and when we got back on Sunday they were still there working. Needless to say this was a huge inconvenience as we had to them be out of the house for another day or two and had to find another place to stay.On top of that we were still doing work in the house and the owner told us to use ram-board with painters tape to cover and protect the floors (and when I asked for his workers to do this for us he would not have his workers do this service for us and said it was easier for us to just do it ourselves).The ramboard ended up completely ripping up the floors and besides the issues with ramboard the flooring did not come out good at all - there were a bunch of areas that looked warped and parts of the wood flooring that they installed started separatingWe then made arrangements to fix the issue and stain one more area. We had someone come look and were told it would only take a few days to fix. Then the morning they came to fix it, the person said it would take at least a week which we had not planned for.I spoke with Mark who was beyond rude and unprofessional to me when I was trying to sort out why I was told wrong information for the second time about the length of the job.DO NOT USE THEM!!

From my first conversation with him I knew I was dealing with a person who has empathy and understanding of the needs of the consumer. He is terrific at problem-solving and gives generously of his time. He is an extremely pleasant and upbeat person making it such a pleasure to work with him. Reid reflects very well on Paragon Mills, which is a first-class operation with lovely sales reps answering the phones from Sandra to Maria, to their most competent installer, Noel, who takes the time to explain every aspect of the job. This business was a nightmare from the very beginning dealing with their salesperson Sandra. Such a frustrating process trying to get a quote and install date - it was if they were doing me a favor by me trying to give them business. I wished I had pulled the plug at that point but I didnt. That was a year and a half ago in July 16. Their installer did a less than mediocre job and I have been trying to get them to fix a seam that was very shoddily put in and has been unraveling for a year and a half. I have been told for a year and a half that they will have the installer call to set up an appointment yet that installer never calls. Contacted the manager Reid when I realized Sandra was going to be of no help. Reid tells me he will have the installer call me - that was several months ago and no call. Reached out to Reid several weeks ago and he replied that he would like to get to the bottom of this and would have the installer call me from his office. They called at 8:30am several weeks ago and left a message. I responded that day and have not heard back - apparently that was my one shot and I missed out. I got the name of the owner thinking that they may care that this type of customer service disaster is taking place in their place of business. Wrong. Emailed owner Mark DiGiacomo to tell him of the whole story and offered to show him the trail of emails from the past 18 months and guess what? NO response from the owner. Now I understand why this company is such a complete disaster. Horrible place to do business with STAY AWAY.

Great staff and great pricing. The company I work for purchases carpet from here often. They continually out price the competition, and always know what products to use in certain situations.

I buy all my carpet supplies some Paragon Mills since 1985

Presently left us scrambling for a new floor less than 2 weeks before moving in. Had vinyl ordered over a month ago. Was told 3-5 days. Delays kept occurring, and no one had the courtesy to let us know even after calling time after time for updates. Awful experience and customer service.
