Ordered an arrangement for my moms birthday and called after the delivery. It looked nothing like the order online it was $74 dollars and I was completely not happy. I reached out to the store directly the person who picked up said they do not get complaints and it is what it is he made no effort to correct the situation at all. I reached out to customer service with the tracking number I was provided in the email by the store and they could not locate the order.

We have ordered and received Edible arrangements for years. This particular store delivered what should be called an unedible arrangement. The fruit wasnt ripe and tasted like cardboard additionally it was moldy in two days. Corporate should look into this franchise as it is a disgrace to the brand!

Came here for a quick arraignment. Nothing is ready to purchase. You need at least 70 bucks to start an order and no white chocolate.

Bought a $50 arrangement. Got about $5 worth of fruit. They didn’t even make an attempt to make it look nice. I couldn’t even bring myself to give it as a gift in order to avoid embarrassment. What a waste of time and money!!!

Ordered a fruit platter on Valentine’s Day for $60 and received supermarket quality cheap unripened strawberries with a pineapple core shaped as a heart. Don’t be fooled by the nice photos on the website - the fruit is unripen and small. I should of listened to my gut and made my own strawberries with bakers chocolate dip and purchased Driscoll quality strawberries which of ran me about $10 total! Will not use this franchise again.

I ordered an arrangement on June 3rd. The delivery was received Friday June 5th. The fruit was rotten within 2 days (Sunday). I called to complain and was told I would receive a replacement by June13. Nothing delivered. I called back and was told the delivery date was incorrect. They eventually delivered the order but it was way smaller than my original order. I will never order from them again.

I had the Large Delicious Celebration delivered to my wifes office just because she was a little down in the dumps. She and her co-workers loved it! It was delicious and it made her feel appreciated, which she is. The delivery service was terrific & I would certainly recommend this as a wonderful tasty alternative to flowers. I love edible arrangements, no doubt about that fact but this location(484 Chestnut St, Union, NJ 07083) is TERRIBLE. Terrible is an understatement. I placed an order to surprise my friend and it never got delivered. I called them the next day and all they gave was a lame excuse with no apologies.

I purchased some fruit from them back in Sept. 2015 as a gift for my husband and it was not fresh, nor sweet, i spent a good $80 bucks on no good fruit. Also this past Saturday I received a thinking of you arrangement in a medium basket from some colleagues and the fruit was not ripe and spoiled within 3 days..

Just called to ask a few questions before going into the store, very rude customer service person answering the phone had a bad attitude and hung up before I could get all my questions out Needless to say I will NOT be patronizing this place simply refuse to spend my hard earned money at rude establishments.

I was very upset with my order. I went online and ordered a chocolate covered strawberry bouquet for my girlfriend. When I saw what she received got me so upset and embarassed. These has to be the tiniest strawberries i have ever seen. Every single strawberry but one were so tiny. I ordered from Edible before but from another location and the strawberries were nice and big. I will be calling the manager and cooperate incase they dont see this review***UPDATE***Got a call from the manager and she explained to situation of the size of the strawberries. She said it should have been mentioned to me when i purchased it. They were aware of the size of the strawberries so they decided to add more strawberries on the order. Something like that should be mentioned to customers and she said it just slipped their mind. She was very nice and explained the reason to me.
