For the most part, the staff are nice. There are some that could care less about their jobs or the customers. They hardly have many registers open. I usually use the self checkout, so the registers not being open really doesnt affect me. The reason for the 4 stars is because when I go online and something says in stock, I go to this location, and can never find it. Or it will say out of stock, but they have it.

How nice to come in and shop and have some fun. The employees are nice to the public and treat you right. And everything inside is all good. I cant complain Ill be lier but true talk its the best one so far for me now check them out!

Always a messy store.. Its been 10 years since Ive went to a walmart that was nice well taken care of and everything stocked.. I hate walmart these days

Went looking for a Stitch backpack we saw on tiktok. Store was clean and well stocked. Employees were attentive polite and helpful.

The Pharmacy is wonderful. Buying groceries there is a disaster. They dont Stock their shelves especially frozen food. Getting someone to actually check you out is impossible. You have to check yourself out and give someone else the check. I got where I do not want to shop for groceries at Walmart I go somewhere else it may cost me a little bit more but its worth it because they have cashiers waiting to check a person out. The only issue I have is that they no longer sell firearms and ammunition. It was convenient to just pickup ammo and ect. while you were already there. That is no longer a viable option so Im somewhat disgruntled.

Took forever waiting in my hot car for the pickup to come out. Easily waited 30 minutes

We came here for a change from our Normal shopping spots. Bad decision... Wont come here just because again.

Walmart in Union, cant find what you need, empty shelves, boxes stacked in isle, prices higher than Spartanburg, SC. Did a pick up order, it was not ready, the guy told me that I had no order. Never a pick up problem at Cedar Springs Walmart. This store has few cashiers, lines always backed up. Union Walmart should close.

App updated and cant find what you need. The store very seldom has items in stock. If they have stock, its sitting on the floor on a pallet.

Walmart Union is absolutely ridiculous. The complete store is not stocked. I actually got my cart hung onto a pallet that was parked half way in the isle and inside the lane that I wanted to shop in.The grocery is not stocked at all. I found nothing I wanted to get especially. Pallets parked everywhere stock boxes was pushed and bent, plastic was torn hanging in the floor. Then...WOW...trying to check out was a dreaded nightmare! Fifteen registers and three were in operation. its bad when the employees are fussing about the conditions of their job.The parking is Awful, seems the spaces are all taken for the call in grocery shoppers. I see nothing wrong with saving a spot for these shoppers but do they have to take 4 or 5 lanes going up and down. They even have the handicap parking taken. No carts at all in the store. My husband had to walk around the parking lot to find one. I wont be going back to this Walmart. period.

Tired of paying high prices and having to check out ur self. We r paying for checking out our own groceries.

Our Wal-Mart has drastically went so I really dont want to go there because they need management really bad. Its ridiculous the isles & never have anything in stock all on pallets at the end of the isles. And the check yourself out registers are rediclous replacing people but here theyre are never no more than open anyway. Alot of people go to Spartanburg to 1 of their stores because its so bad.

Overall good store. Staff usually friendly and helpful. Prices and selection reasonable. Only real complaint is sometimes certain items are arent in stock very often and/or limited numbers in stock. Unsure if its bc of limited shipped items or inventory not kept in check well enough. Id recommend the store to others.

I find shopping at Walmart for my groceries is cheaper than the other grocery stores. I also buy lady personal items there and its cheaper. The only problem I find with that is they dont have the right hair color in the cheapest brand I buy. But everything else is great I also use WalMart pharmacy.....

Decent in comparison to most Walmart stores. Some associates here are less knowledgeable on product locations but it is to be expected.

I used the coin star as you walk in. I went to the money center to cash in my ticket and the guy behind the counter said they were closed.I was directed to the cashier where the shortest line was 7 deep with several carts overflowing. I decided to wait outside until the lines dwindled. A short hour and forty-five minutes passed and I had my $2.15 and was on my way.

Its Wal-Mart expectations cant be to high or you are just going to end up frustrated and angry.

What can you say about Walmart? You have good employees and grumpy(being nice) employees. Same with customers. Just cant pass on most of their prices in things.

I hate self checkout. They finally opened up the cash option and it took me 30 minutes to get my 40 bucks in change.

Would go lower if I could no joke 4 of the 8 self checkout stations were open 2 cashiers working and people lined up back to the womens underwear department dollar general, kjs and save a lot are better options if possible if not drive to spartanburg pretty bad to feel this way considering I would rather spend my money in my hometown

Has great products, just horrible customer service and they cant keep the shelves stocked and employees are visibly sick of their job and leave pallets of merchandise laying around the store.

This store is good for getting a wide variety of products, it is just an uncomfortable experience as the building stays north of warm all the time and is usually crowded with people who dont know what personal space is. However, the crowd cant completely be helped as this is the only store within 30 minutes that sells that level of variety goods. The products are normally in decent condition with occasional groups of items out of date and covered in dust. The fruit in the produce area is somewhat slim as many times the produce has become bruised and spoiled. In the medicine department they have some baby stuff but some things you have to hunt through the baby department for it and they rarely have teething gel. The home fitness section is pretty scarce and the home improvement department is pretty well stocked. They do still make keys and mix paint for you but you have to hunt for staff to get those services as they are always very busy which makes it seem like they are understaffed but the customer service often is pretty good although it does take a while. They do have a photography area where you can get personalized items and print your own photos. The store overall is pretty good. Just stressful for anyone who has social anxiety.

I dont know what the problem is but Walmart has really been disappointing lately. Very little to nothing on the shelves, cases of merchandise all over the store, no room to get a cart thru, and only two or three check-out lanes, and a HUGH line at self-check out (which I dont like anyway). If it is something you have to have, maybe you should try a real grocery store.

On a Friday august 3rd they only had uscan lanes open. Milk was 3.19 Walmart brand. Shelves not fully stocked

Good product, kind worker mostly, always willing to help me find something if needed.They have alot of secret shoppers which would b ok, except every time I turn a corner theyre always someone staring in my buggy. I swear at some stores theyre even snapping pictures. Which I feel invaded my privacy as a citizen, also makes m.j e feel like their judging me on my looks alone

This place is a disgrace..Boxes out in the aisle. Shelves are empty. I use to go to this Walmart. I decided I would give them one more try, I did today but this will be my last time.

I have some problems with how they cant keep their shelves stocked. But Im understanding the reasons for that.

Store is never fully stocked, very messy, they stock shelves and leave cans etc in boxes on shelves . Good luck finding a spice in the spice aisle they are never stocked. The deli only has one person and they have been out of stock of sourdough sliced bread for over a month. This place needs a good leader and stockers at night or early am. Could use a remodel as it’s way to small to accommodate everyone who shops there. Manager needs to be more concerned about the way the store looks the shelves always empty and have a place for her employees to smoke instead of by the front doors of the entrance and to please get new carts and throw out the ones that are junk( ones that don’t roll ) . I have enjoyed going to Kj’s more often because it’s clean stocked and deli workers are always there!

Very cluttered nothing on shelves nothing I needed was on the shelf. Then get up front with the items I did fine had to wait thirty Minutes to check out only two registers and self checks were open.

I always go to Walmart, they have things that you cant find anywhere else. Some good deals on food except meat. The food is always good and better. Its always cheaper than anywhere else. Keep up the good work and lower the price of the meat. You also have good people working there.

Convenient to my location. Never enough cashiers on duty so usually long lines. Have what Im looking for most of the time but some of the employees are not very friendly, helpful or professional.

It was fast service and I had a return. So I was pleased with the store

All was fine until check out. Not enough clerks at check out. Otherwise visit was ok.

The store is pretty well stocked and kept fairly neat and clean. People are polite and helpful, plenty of registers open that kept the lines short. FYI - if you order photo prints online, you have to pick them up in electronics...all the way at the back of the store.

Since coronavirus started, talking about the grocery side- shelves are empty, the store has been rearranged too many times to be able to just go in & know right where the one item youre looking for is, then you have too search for it. Checking out is the worse-2 cashiers & 10 people in line at each register. It is too frustrating for me anymore, not in good physical condition & cant tolerate Walmart anymore.

If I could give a - 5 stars i would . This is the worst store ever . Nothing is ever stocked pallets blocking all the aisles and no selection worth mentioning. Unfortunately Union doesnt have a lot of choices .

I dont know how this place has any good reviews. I have had to call multiple times due to rude employees, they lost my picture order for months until one of the employees recognized us from picking up other orders so often, and time before last when I complained the mgr acted offended that I was complaining. Going to Spartanburg is usually the better bet. Customers shouldnt have to work harder than the employees concerning speaking and being cordial. So over rude ppl.
