Walked in the store and I was literally racially profiled as soon as I handed them the expensive ring I was trying to sell. They asked me multiple unnecessary questions that would not have been asked if I was a black male. Then they proceeded to not buy the ring off of me for a reason they could not give me. Sad. Sad. Sad.

WM rich pawn shop is a joke they say they only pawn or buy gold watches but they dont have any gold watches in the showcase for sale all they have is knock off Invicta and Seiko I will never ever recommend anyone to go there if it was the last place on earth

TOTALLY DISHONEST! OUTRIGHT THEIVES! BE AWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I WAS FOOLISH TO TRUST THEM WITH MY JEWELRY AND THEY TAMPERED WITH IT BY REPLACING MY DIAMONDS WITH FAKES AND REMOVING A THIRD OF THE WEIGHT FROM MY GOLD BRACLET AND WATCH! PLEASE MAKE INFORMED DECISIONS!
