Wouldn’t deliver 500’ of lumber. Considered it a small load!! Lol. Guessing they don’t work with the DIYers? Next time I’m building a house I’ll give them a call.

I had a 2 Anderson doors installed by Jaeger and it was great. Bruce and Curt were friendly, helpful, responsive and total professionals. I never even had to go to the store -- we managed all of it over email and phone --with C19, that was great! They came and speced the project, I put a deposit down and they got the job done within a few weeks. But get this: the doors needed an adjustment 4 months later and they came back and fixed it within 24 hrs of my email. Amazing. I highly recommend the Jaeger home services division.

I have mixed experiences with lumber yards, but these folks were great. Had what I needed, no fuss no muss, cut it to fit into a Honda. I will be back.

We had our balcony doors replaced with a screen and composite storm door. Bruce and his team were a pleasure to work with. He helped us choose the right set of doors to match our previous look, but with much better functionality. The installation did not take long either. They arrived in the morning and completed the job by the afternoon. The quality of work is excellent and neat. I highly recommend Jaeger for any home projects . I know Ill be using them again in the future.

I’ve done business here many times. The lumber and main store is good, but the window ordering service (or lack thereof) will make you want to do business elsewhere. This is the second Or third poor experience dealing with them. The worker, Tom, ignored me at first to start off the interaction.I provided him with the estimate they provided last time so it should have been a simple order. He worked on it for a few minutes and then took a customer who came after me and ignored me for an extended period of time. My kids (3 and 7) were freaking out at the wait until I eventually walked out. Go somewhere else where they value your business and care.

Just had a kitchen fire and went to jager seeing previous work they’ve done that was great! Waited days to hear back. Called, texted, got nothing. Have to go with another company because of them being unreliable.

The help was very good and informed. The problem was the price quote was little higher than expected. I went with someone else who was doing it a long time and was closer to my price range. Funny thing compared each other and same r facter. same door opener with 2 openers and key pad suprise in the gap in the price of job

Customer service is great

I had a new Larson storm door installed in October 2018. Jaeger did a great job installing it. Very pleased with the craftsmanship from Tommy and communication from Willy. They measured my doorway, consulted on options for my custom size and greatly improved the makeshift solution that was previously installed. Highly recommend working with them over big box stores.

I cant recommend Jaeger Lumber Union enough. From the moment I walked in to the showroom, I felt welcomed. Our salesman, design manager and carpenters were all amazing! We ran into a bit of an issue with our home while installilng a front door and everyone from Jaeger was upfront, honest and willing to help us find the best solution for our home. We are extremely pleased.

I had to hang up murals at my home and need a special kind of particle board that was strong durable and also easy to adhere to. I wasnt able to find it anywhere else and then called Jaeger. Not only did they have it - the cut it to exact size I needed and helped me load it into my CRV. I also had the pleasure of dealing with the branch managers on more than one occasion and my experience has always been pleasant here.

Worse costumer service ever. One of employees told me that he did not wanted to waste his time explaining the details of the cabinets because I wouldnt be able to afford it that was his exact words. I would never ever come back here
