Provided an extensive line of equipment and delivered with a much needed short lead time. Extremely satisfied with service.

Purchased a fork lift from them because they are local. nothing but issues:1. Took over one year to finally get the proper charger delivered. When it arrived we still had to have a service man come to reset it.2. Tried to charge $401.32 for wrapping 2 inches of electric tape on there temporary battery charger, which should have been replaced and almost caught fire a month later! Picture included3. After just a few months the service guy told us the lift was Out of Serviceand gave us a quote of over $1800 in repairs they were not even needed to this day. Sales guy apologized4. Worked out the erroneous billing, finally got the proper battery charger delivered, called for service and there is a new salesperson and we are back to square one

Good Afternoon, Im joe mercado the warehouse manager for tile & stone in paterson new jersey.(family business). You have great techniques like tony,Mary Luppino great sales person wonderfull personality.The only problem we have with raymond is your SERVICE. Anthony,your manager is giving us the runaround. he states their coming in the morning and the come lunch time we call him and then he says ok he would be there by 4pm then no show. Hes giving us to many excuses.We called him monday afternoon, stated hell have a tech by the morning, called again then he states now 4pm,still a no show..Now he dont pick up the phone due to he knows its us. I had to call him on a different phone then he picked up and making excuses about the tech coming here,still no tech i got a delivery coming on the 24th and my forklift is still not charged, we would have to send it back and they will charge us twice for the drop around 3,500. That is not good service.

And Im still waiting for the mirror for my forklift.. really..

Literally the WORST place to do business with not one person there can answer any questions regarding service issues. Quotes are never sent, accurate information is never given, not one person there seems to know what they are doing. I would not recommend them to anyone
