Northern NJ Indian dealer, had hired the right people to work in the store and Service area. When you talk to any one among their personnel, you feel as if they truly care.I service my bike myself. (oil change and minor things, so far no issues with my 2014 Chief Vintage) but today, I took my bike for a ECU flashDid not have an appointment and did not expect for them to do the job today. But I had time to spare and took a chance.They took my bike in and a Tech by the name of Walter took care of my issue, fast and with a smile. He delivery the bike after he took a short ride around the block and he said Here, all done. Ride safe broIf you are considering purchasing a bike, I recommend and Indian. And this dealer should get you a good deal. I got mine.

Im in love with the 2015 Scout in the classic red the brand is known for - it just made the top ten list of must haves in 2015!

Sam was great. I brought my Indian Chieftain into the dealership last minute for a software flash update. Well the flash update didnt work but they had a new VCM for my bike in stock and offered me a very fair price to install it and reprogram it. Now my new LED lights work perfectly and all the work got completed in an hour and a half while I wanted. Great group of people working there. Definitely recommend them. I will be taking my bike back to Indian Motorcycle of Northern New Jersey for future service!

THE WORST !!!!....,these guys are the worst vehicle dealers I have ever come across. The owner is the biggest phony out there. He pretends to know you and tries to schmooze you. These guys made me wait 90 min the day I came to pick up my bike. Steve the owner had the nerve to tell me the bike was being cleaned up in the back.....MEANWHILE WHILE IT WAS STILL RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME ON THE SHOWROOM FLOOR........I couldnt wait to be on my way.....I would drive anywhere I needed to just not to deal with this crew again...you deserve better than this owner will give...
