WARNING: DO NOT RENT TRUCKS FROM PENSKE! USE UHAULAll started off fine until I pick up a broken truck, have to call roadside assistance, wait 4 hours for someone to come check it out, then wait another 5 hours to have the broken truck towed away & have another one brought to me. To top it off, i get charged for the day & miles that I didn’t even put on the initial truck because i drove it for 10 minutes, literally. & when i call in to see where i drop the working truck off & at what time, no one can find my information in the system. Plus, theyre trying to charge me a $300 deposit TWICE!!

Save yourself an amazingly poor customer service experience and go anywhere else. First they asked me to pick truck up 30 minutes away from where I reserved it. Then, after refusing that, I showed up on time for my scheduled appt and had a waiting room of people like youve never seen before. At least an hour wait just to pick up a pre paid reservation. Unbelievably inconvenient and unprofessional.
